Of the 5 to 6 times that I’ve dealt with this location, there’s been problems with all but one. The food has been wrong several times but the attitude of the employees including managers is horrible. On one visit the mobile kiosk wasn’t working correctly and they refuse to take our order at the counter demanding that we use the kiosk even after we told them it wasn’t working. After about 10 minutes of trying to get the kiosk to work they reluctantly took our order at the front. After all the time spent trying to just order, our food was wrong and poorly made.

The service at this McDonalds is at the lowest of all times. The person at the speaker sounds like she had mush in her mouth. When I got to the window she was telling me I had to order thru the app. I drove across the street to Wendy’s. Good help is hard to find. Looks like Wendy’s has the good employees.

Went thru the line and asked the cashier for a receipt she said that the other line would give it to me. After waiting in line and watching the guy in front of me nit get what he was supposed to and they didn’t care, I was next. I asked for the receipt and she said “I will have to walk all the way over there to get it”. Over there was the receipt front desk. Why would a mcdonalds be set up not to give customers there receipts – that way that guy would know what he paid for. I need my to expense for work. She came back and said I can’t find it in all these receipts. I would have to go in and get someone to print it for me. I’m in the drive thru so I don’t have to go in. So now I had to get to work, I have to pay for this myself. Why again would mcdonalds not want to give customers there receipts. They didn’t care … sad really.

Christmas day and we had no choice, asked for extra dipping sauce with nuggets and she acted like it came out of her check, had to do math, you had how many nugs? Then she still argued. Plus, I got one pickle on my burger. ONE PICKLE! Don’t go there. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitudes.

I don’t recommend this place at all. Sorry but it’s not good. no gloves, extremely slow service, no ice cream machine, and no leadership. The food is nice but the customer service leaves MUCH to be desired. The first time I came here, the manager or leader was almost yelling at the staff and it was super stressful just to listen to that.
