The paper cup is leaking and the cap they had us trying with is plastic and the lid. I feel kinda rip off for quality and it been hit or miss on coffee because way burnt coffee that was not I was looking. Some places I went to make really good coffee just the material they’re given by Dunkin donuts corporation way out piss poor quality.

The Dunkin Donuts on College street has some issues. There are longee wait times at the ordering speaker and a couple of times I’ve had to ask if anyone was there myself. I am here visiting my mom and out of the 4 times I have been there 2 of the times they have not gotten my coffee correct . I do not recommend going to this one if you can help it. Although, I do realize there aren’t very many choices in that part of town.

My go to Dunkin for about a year now. Lowest quality service, food, coffee, and management I’ve seen yet. A complete lack of an ability to keep the line moving on even a slightly busy day. I watch them lose customers as well as having left myself because calling this location to be a fast food restaurant is a stretch. Ive had nearly ten minute waits for nothing more than an iced coffee and donuts.

I will start this by saying I want a refund. The manager of this establishment is openly coughing and picking their nose and handling food, credit cards and other items that are then being handed to customers. This is disgusting. Especially with a pandemic going on. This person should not be at work if they are sick with anything, let alone not even trying to cover a cough. Dunkin should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen. Absolutely disgusting. Do not eat here.

Not what it used to be. I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin ever since I arrived to the area. The drinks were really good in the beginning, but recently they have been unbearably gross. I feel bad returning to ask for the order to be remade, but today was the third day in a row where the drinks tasted terrible. The latte I ordered today tasted like it was made with mop water, diluted and putrid – I didn’t even bother returning. I’m planning on just going to one of the Dunkins in Hadley…

This Dunkin use to to be my favorite in the Amherst/Hadley/Sunderland area. They have some of the friendliest staff, one of the cheaper menus, and they almost always get your order correct on the first try.
