We were the only customers. (I see why) We walked up to order two tenders baskets 6/22/23 5:30pm ($16 each but ok). The girls behind the counter instead of greeting us or taking our order instead went into the back and laughed about not taking our order. I mean, the new normal is one thing but these… pretty gross. If this is how they choose to run their business and treat the public, they deserve to fail.

Not very sociable. Instead of standing at the counter for 15 minutes, you could have told me you were waiting on my hot dogs. Phones and whispering in each other’s ears is all I seen.

Their food is so good! I love the fries from there! Also, the customer service is great, there are two guys who always provide the perfect customer services and always remember you. It can get busy but it’s very good.

Incredibly poor service. I’m not kidding when I say the woman at the counter taking our order said not a single word. Besides her digging in her ear while I was ordering she couldn’t even tell me the total, she tapped on the card machine to indicate is was my time to pay.

Stood waiting for our food for 35 minutes. We got to watch other employees cut the line and get there food sooner, other employees standing around doing nothing. No discount offered and as far as we could tell no one else even ordered what we ordered. This should not have taken this long! Poor excuse for fast food.

Bought a chicken tender meal. The tenders this location uses have been switched and not for the better. My food was served to me luke warm at best. The fries had to be thrown out, they weren’t edible due to them being stale. They used to be known for their hand breaded tenders but the ones I received tasted like frozen microwave tenders they nuked in the microwave. Very disappointed and waste of my money.

They are good at honoring mug club benefits but I agree with so many that they are horribly slow. The only A&W in town since the glory days of the Airway A&W on the Beltline near the airport. Our last and only hope to have some nostalgia and Root Beer. The Pandemic era isn’t a reason to not get to stepping on the quicker service.

Never usually have a problem here but dang tonight was horrible. I only ordered 2 drinks and the 2 employees running the counter were on their phones, and or gawking and flirting with the customers. Literally so unprofessional. Waited 12 minutes for 2 large drinks
