Ordered the breakfast chicken sandwich , lady told me I had to wait 5 mins for the chicken because they have to cook it . About half way into the sandwich I realized the chicken is still raw , just fried a little bit but under the breading it’s raw chicken . This is a good way to get salmonella poisoning!!

This location gets worse by the day. It’s actually quite sad. Make you wonder where the owner are and if they’re as incompetent as most of the workers. Medium fry had more fries than the large. They put stupid stickers on the top of the drinks that wouldn’t come off. Kids meal was missing the toy. All after waiting like 15 minutes for the food, which was barely warm.

I ordered the fish sandwich combo got no receipt also the fish is hard as a rock it’s overcooked and dry as hell. I’ve never ordered the fish from Wendy’s before I will never do it again I call up the store and all I get is a voicemail you’re supposed to answer your phone.

The staff rarely seems to know anything about the menu. Par for the course in todays world I’m afraid. I’m often given the wrong info. It’s quick and fast when I want a salad. I’ve found that ordering on mobile takes 2x as long. Plenty of time to make the order but we get there and have to pull over because no one knows where the order is. Oh… and forget about asking the staff about the Wendy’s app. None of them have ever been able to tell me anything. It’s fast food. Pseudo convenience.

Considering how long this location has been operating, you’d think management and corporate would take notice (are the district and regional manager doing their jobs?) that the drive-thru here consistently moves at a snails pace. Not sure if this is a staffing or pacing issue but waiting for over 15 minutes just to order seems like a gross error how the concept of “fast” food was originally intended. This location needs a serious overhaul in how they manage the drive-thru speed… or lack thereof.

Tried the mozzarella Italian chicken. Asked for extra sauce! Can’t imagine how dry it would have been otherwise, cause this was dry as hell! I miss the days when Dave Thomas ran things! Oh how low they have fallen with all their food! Dave is rolling in his grave!

Visited around 4pm today. I ordered two of the 4 for $4 meals which come with chicken nuggets, fries and Sprite. For the extra sandwich included in each, I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and a crispy chicken sandwich. Then I ordered one extra 4 piece of chicken nuggets and two junior frosties. So I get the Sprites and then I get two bags. I tell my daughter to check the bags. She’s sees the fries, nuggets, and sandwiches. The girl at the window says thanks for coming. So I say, where’s my extra nuggets and two frosties. She hands me one frosty. Where is my other one. Then I get it. Still missing chicken nuggets. The lady says 1 nugget? No I correct her. A four piece, not one nugget. Ugggghhhh!!! So I go home and take out the food for my kids. Then I open my crispy chicken sandwich. Ugggghhhh! See the picture. In the garbage it went. We don’t eat beef and it’s too far to go back. I guess the six people working around the drive through couldn’t figure out my simple order. Don’t bother with this location, but if you do, open each and every item before you leave the drive through.

Very poor training, always new servers and most don’t know how to take an order. Also the tables look clean but the chair backs are filthy, I always clean with wipes before eating. last visit flies were a big problem. Although the l food and value is good I plan on going to a different Wendy’s next time.
