Only good if you’re desperate. Or someone gives you a gift card… I had a bad feeling when the website wouldn’t let me order from the location I wanted (there’s 4 Domino’s by me) and made me order from the lowest rated one. The delivery was quick but the delivery guy for some reason wouldn’t get out of his car, so I had to go get the pizza from him. I ordered 2 pies both with extra sauce and they were still dry. I’d prefer frozen pizza over this.

Horrible customer service and food was ice cold when picking it up after arriving promptly after ordering. After nicely asking them to reheat it they laugh in your face and say it’s not cold. They did reheat it as i was not going to pay for cold pizza. Tasted terrible and rubbery. Do not come here, not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere since they don’t care about their customers.

Poor customer service! Ordered the cheeseburger specialty pizza with half plain and half toppings, they gave me no toppings at all. I called to check in and ask about it, and after explaining my situation all they said was “ok so what do you want on the cheeseburger pizza?” Then proceeded to put me on hold. The delivery driver was great though! Won’t be ordering at this location anymore. Won’t get what you pay for!

Pleaseee if you want to wait 3 hours for your order then you order here.. if you want someone to answer the phone while asking questions and just say mhmmm yeah then order here. If you want a place that literally doesn’t care about customer service or customers then order here. Take my advice if you don’t like your job try looking while you’re working there…to keep customers from being miserable we don’t deserve that. Find something you love so you can spread love to the people you come in contact with while working..horrible business will never order from here again

If you are reading this please save yourself the frustration and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My 4:40 order did not arrive until 7!! The salad was not with my order. When I told the delivery person they said, “No one called you? Our supplier didn’t come today. They are suppose to refund you.” What??!! How? I did it online with a gift card?

Staff is overwhelmed with all the orders. The management should turn off the online order if they don’t have enough staff. This one star review is for the management. We ordered yesterday night and after waiting for 2 hours for order to arrive decided to call but there is no one picking up the call. Went there to check and show 15 people waiting in line for their orders and there are only 2 people preparing orders. After spending half an hour, finally was able to check the order status and leaned that the order was never even prepared. Yet to see money back in the card but the staff was able to cancel the order.
