You guys are awesome. We came and got breakfast after the storm hit and it was clearly busy EVERYWHERE. Your staff stayed calm and took their time. Much appreciated. I know you were probably short staffed. You forgot us in the drive through but was so quick to get our food out and a full refund.

It’s Burger King but I give this restaurant 5 stars all around because they consistently server hot, fresh food with a smile. The restaurant is always clean. We visit there 2-3 times a month and are always served hot fries.

The last couple times I’ve ordered a whopper from this location, it has come without lettuce or tomato, which is not how I ordered it. So if they were out of those two toppings, I wish they would tell you that when you’re placing your order.

Unfortunately, my experience is consistently bad here. Let me first say I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but I can’t recommend this location at all. The people are nice enough and unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. 20 minute wait at the drive through this morning and I was the third car in line. (I get it- there are signs posted everywhere about staffing issues once you get up to the window, unfortunately once you get up there to read them and realize what’s going on you are locked in line and cannot get out) There appeared to be one person working that was literally taking an order and then walking back and cooking it, handing it off and then taking the next order. It was about seven minutes per car with this method. When I received my order it was the wrong sandwich, the egg on the sandwich was burned, the hash browns were burned, no napkins in the bag and no ketchup that I asked for. She was already gone to the back by the time I discovered some of this not in the bag, and I knew she wouldn’t be back for another five to seven minutes, so no way I was waiting more. I waited twenty minutes and paid ten dollars to throw eight dollars of inedible food in the trash… at least the prepackaged orange juice was good. Never again.

Super slow service. Employees are extremely rude and act like they don’t want to be there. And they’ve only got my order correct about half the time. This might be a new Burger King, but it had the same old problems. Would’ve been better off not opening another one. The cheeseburger in the picture is supposed to be plain, as noted in the receipt. This ruined my son’s night.
