Tried Delivery Express again and only because the restaurant I like uses it. It’s been almost an hour and still no food. When I called, they say, “the restaurant is really busy. “They’ve said that same line the three times I’ve use the service. I’ll be talking with the restaurant. Hopefully they’ll be willing to use other services like DoorDash.

Everytime that the owner is not their I either get some lame excuses on why my order isn’t being processed in their system or the workers try to tell me that the prices have gone up and try to get me for more money like why about places upping there prices. Please do better!

Over TWO HOURS to receive a small Hangar order on a Sunday evening. When the order finally got here, it wasn’t even hot. They only offered a voucher for half the cost of my order and, like other reviewers experienced, the person on the phone kept talking over and interrupting me. They then hung up on me when I asked for a full refund. Skip the rude service and save your money.

I’ve used this service a couple times in the pass and they are below average at best. I ordered food on the 11th. Delivery express calls me to tell me the restaurant is closed and that they will refund my money. It is now Saturday and no pending refund on my account. The woman on the line was short with me and essentially gave me the “I wasn’ their on that day sir” speech. Im out 25.00. Dont trust them. Luckily they are plenty of other food delivery services; it just helps to have your food delivered when your sick and not able to cook or drive to go pick it up.

Gets worse every time….Ordered from Delivery Express for the last time tonight. They gave me a delivery time that came & went-showed up almost 45 minutes late. Food was cold and part of my order was missing. I asked the driver about it and was told I had to contact dispatch. I call them and they of course blame the restaurant (although their tracking process includes a confirmation that the driver has confirmed the order). They are going to have another driver deliver it. Now it’s 2.5 hours after I placed my order and I still don’t have the rest of my dinner. I call back and I’m told that the new driver is held up delivering his current orders-shouldn’t the oldest orders be delivered first? This is not the first time Delivery Express has missed items in my order but I can tell you it is the last. GrubHub here I come……

I ordered ice cream through delivery express – 2 pints and 1quart. When they were delivered I had received only 2 pints, which both were not the flavors I ordered and no quart. I figured my order must have been mixed up with someone else, so I called to get it sorted out. I explained to the dispatch person what happened & they said they would fix it. Shortly after that, the new order was delivered. 2 correct pints but still missing the quart. I called dispatch again to get this sorted out. They were immediately defense about the call and said I was wrong (more words were used). Eventually they said they would get this sorted out, but by this time the restaurant was already closed. Dispatch said they could only give me a store credit. I said I would like it refunded to my card (in my mind I thought I would not like a store credit for a mistake I did not make with a service place I won’t be using again).
