I didn’t have the same experience as the lower reviews. Yes we waited in line, yes the speaker was broken but we ordered at the window and the man working was incredibly nice and he was also the person who ran the pizza out to our car. It was not at all a long wait for a pizza. Food was hot and just the same as I remember as a kid. No complaints here.

After my last two experiences here, I will not be returning. Last week I got a call 30/45 minutes after placing my order saying “We’re out of cheese, so we closed early” mind you had I received a call after placing my order before I left my house I would have been understanding. However that did NOT happen. I was literally pulling in the parking lot when I received the call. Today I place an order to be picked up. Get to this location and the speaker of course doesn’t work so they have a sign up (mind you this sign has been up for months now due to the broken speaker, why hasn’t the problem been fixed yet?). The signed stated a few things however the one that applied to me was the lobby. Needless to say we tried to go inside said lobby to pick up my order only to be told to go through the drive through because the doors are locked. I do so, while sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes another customer walks up and is handed his order through the door. Why couldn’t they have done the same with my online order rather than having me sit in the drive through while customers place orders and wait on their food. Needless to say once I received the food their attitudes were less than professional and my food was cold, over cooked and disgusting! This Little Caesars is by far one of the worst locations they have in Greensboro. The staff are very unprofessional and the appearance of the building is worse with each trip. I’m over the ignorance at this location to say the least. I’m usually a very understanding person especially in the hospitality industry but tonight was the last draw for me. I now see why this location only has a 3.3 Star Rating. It should truthfully be less than that.

SUCKS……The customer service is terrible, and it took me 25 mins to get my pizza that I actually had to go up to window and ask for when the lady told me they would be bringing it out to me! The building is run down and weeds going all around it. The speaker and menu has been broken and now gone for a year or two! I will never go to your place again! I said that a year ago and was giving you another chance today. No more! I also paid for dippers buttery garlic and did not receive it so you owe me a dollar. I tried to call them twice and it goes to voice mail that is not set up! This is a terrible store,

While I was in the store tonight waiting on a order the employee in the back took a paper towel and killed a bug on the back counter then looked at it and threw it away. Did not wash her hands and proceeded to put rolled dough on the table where she just killed a bug. The health department needs to go in asap. The pizza is never all the way done. We have not ordered there in a while because of undercooked pizza and bread sticks now we see someone killing a bug and not washing their hands or sanitizing the table and putting rolled dough on the same table. I understand some restaurants may get a bug here and there but this was beyond disgusting. I was not the only one that seen it. 2 other customers seen it also.

Absolutely avoid at all cost. The manager Regina and her daughter need to go work at the DVM office. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and the list goes on. 30 minutes passed my order due time still not ready despite getting email that it was done. All three of my pizzas were made wrong. Staff member (daughter of manager) said she tried calling me multiple times to say they didn’t have all the ingredients. No call received by anyone. Contacted the manager Regina who refused to give me a refund. She said bring the pizzas back tomorrow if I want a refund. Hope this establishment goes out of business soon.

This store is a train wreck. Says they don’t get online orders until 15 mins after they are placed, don’t care that they give customers other customers food. Don’t have their menu on display either due to the screen either no being on or broken. No customer service skills. And decided it was better just to cancel an order than to make the order correctly….store either needs new franchise owner or corporate needs to just shutter the store… better to not have a store than to have a store distroy rep of entire chain.

If you are looking for something to eat, I would suggest you try this pizza. I have been to this place many times, through the drive through the people who work here are always great to talk with and very helpful. But the one thing to me that keeps me coming back, is the kindness of the staff and how clean it always is when I go there. This Little Caesars Pizza is the only one, I have found I would enjoy eating from because I know it’s very clean. Keep up the great work
