I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still open. Dunkin sucks now. The only thing worth getting are drinks and those are insanely expensive. The food is always awful. The donuts are worse than pre packaged ones, and the prices are outrageous. They also started cutting back on the amount of Macha they use, and raised the price at the same time.

Came around 10:20-10:30ish valentines and ordered a medium hot mocha latte. Opened the lid and this is what I see. It came half filled as if someone already drank out of it and still served it to a customer.

Walk in to buy a hot chocolate, the place is empty at 6:30pm. My husband went to order and I go to use the bathroom and the girl working says out of order. It was obviously not out of order because she just mopped and didn’t want me to use it. How rude! I am a paying customer!

This morning, a busy Sunday, I had a huge order. The gentleman taking orders was newer. He kept his cool and didn’t get frustrated. The young woman with Omelette Rita on her hat tag was managing and leading the team like a pro. She stepped in, kept her cool even though the team was scurrying, and handled everything tactfully and brilliantly. The rest of the team was cranking out drinks and food without complaint or attitude. This morning team deserves a raise and pat on the back. Cherish your employees who really Show Up to work. They made all the difference in the way this could have ended if the team didn’t want to be there or didn’t want to deal with the rush. Reward these employees!!!

Hey I use to work there I would never work there they didn’t train me for register the employees were really rude to me specially the girls who work there and also they were not letting me do my job they kept asking me personally questions. Like for example where I use to work? Like they kept bothering me kept annoying not letting me do my job. They kept saying oh I got it you can’t do that. Like hello I am here to work not to watch you work. And also the manger her name is Virginia and her attitude was so bad. And she works talk to me in a attitude way. And also her all employees she loud laugh with them and she didn’t give me training. And that job is the worst don’t ever work there plz.

I’ve tried to give this location numerous chances. Every time I visit, hoping it will be different, it’s not. The coffee always tastes like warm water mixed with a hint of coffee flavoring. Then, if I actually end up drinking it instead of dumping it down the drain, at the bottom I always find a mound of coffee grains with the last few sips. The hash browns are always cold and undercooked. Both the bacon and sausage wraps are poorly made and often dripping with grease out of the package. And I have visited at all different times, all random days. It’s clear to me the staff just doesn’t care and neither does management to allow this to continue. Sad to say this was the last time I will spend my money at this location.
