The guy who works in the morning really goes out of his way to make your visit worth it. I order food almost eveytime I go on my lunch break. This guy welcomes me with a big smile and great customer service. I’ve never had a problem with my food from this location.

Placed order online. Given an estimate and arrived 5 minutes after that time and order was not ready. I should have checked the bag, but that is made inconvenient when they tape it closed, but was missing the two dipping sauces I paid extra for, but did not realize it until I got home. The flavors were good, but about the 6th wing was raw. I stopped eating at that point and called to let them know. They did offer for me to drive back and get a replacement, but I declined as I did not want anything, just wanted to let them know to ensure quality moving forward. Decided to go ahead and drive back to show them the raw chicken and got a response of ok, because I didn’t want it replaced. No acknowledgement of an error, no apology. I guess what I wanted was an apology, so stati g I wasn’t looking for anything was not clear to indicate that. Only reason for the 2 stars is that my son did enjoy the tenders and fries. Not going back. Two employees that had the opportunity to acknowledge the issue and apologize indicates it is not the culture of the company and not one that is looking to improve.

While ordering, someone from the back came up to tell the cashier that “the grill was off.” The cashier said that was fine and continued taking our order. This was one and a half hours before closing. Our order for four people took 45 minutes to prepare. No apology was given. While it was being prepared, I heard a conversation from the back about forgetting to toss some of the wings in a sauce. Someone said, “it’s ok, just throw them in here.” Half of my wings had no sauce on them at all. The dining room was dirty and had a terrible smell. I will never return.

The customer service is horrible. I ordered 10 wings via phone and I told the woman who took my order that I wanted all flats and extra crispy. When I got to the location I waited a few for my wings only for my order to be wrong When I checked it in the car. So I came back in and the owner was sitting in the dining area and I said to him I think I have the wrong order. I told him the flavor and he said yes that’s your order. I then told him I ordered all flats. I told him I did and that’s how I always order and get my wings from any place. I had placed the wings where he was sitting at he act like he couldn’t take them from me. So I walk up to the register to the woman I ordered over the phone with and she apologized she didn’t place order right. So the owner was like it was going to be a charge for the all flats. I said np and paid the difference. By this time the woman who took my order looked into my order and she saw where she selected all flats. So it wasn’t even her error or mine it was his. So of course I waited to get the wrong order that I called in ahead of time not only to wait for the new ones. While waiting he gets the woman to bring me a wing out to try and make sure that’s how crispy I want my wing. I tried it and said yes. So I get home to eat my order of wings. There are only 8 wings. I ordered 10 I tried one wing that they gave me to make sure it was the way I wanted for crispy so if they counted that wing I should’ve at least had 9 wings. But who would’ve think to count a wing u had me try. If anything for my inconvenience and time I should’ve had a few extras.

Decent prices for the times and good selection. Wings are fine. Fries are a bit off but I’m there for wings. Customer service is hit or miss and dining room really needs work. That tv on pirate Indonesia tv or whatever needs to go. Really obnoxious. Even just while waiting

Great customer service, they gave me free ranch even though it cost $1.49 and told me to just order the ranch next time with my food. I like when people are direct with me and the Chinese guy might seems rude but that just seems to be his way of speech because I saw that he helped other without reserve.
