Food is great and fresh, but staff last night 4/18 around 8:00-9:00pm were loud and play fighting and yelling at each other. This is something that needs to be fixed since I see this happening here way too much. I work in a grocery store down the road and I understand that you can be more loose when there’s only a few customers in the establishment, but this was a whole new level and out of control. It was EXTREMELY disrespectful to me and the other customers who wanted to eat in peace and not hear teenagers scream at each other. Do better, this was not something I wanted to deal with after a hectic day of work and being on my feet for 10 hours.

Went for an interview that was confirmed many times and then was denied the interview. The people working were so rude and refused to do my interview. I’m sure the food is good but please find new employees that care about your customers. 0/10

My review is not about there for my review is about the job interviews. My daughter was scheduled for a job interview at 9:20 AM on a Tuesday today she went in at one of the ladies were kind of rude told her it’s taco Tuesday for preparing for the tacos and was bluntly rude when she told her she had an interview at 9:20 for the job she has her we don’t do interviews 2to4 I wanna do interviews and she was verified confirmed of her job interview at 9:20 this morning. The staff is rude when doing an interview I didn’t even give her one and they hurt her feelings and I shouldn’t schedule interviews if they’re not gonna give the interview at your scheduled time for your schedule day, and when I called and talk to the manager, the manager was wildly rude to me. I think they just charged my daughter on her looks But she wore black shoes, black pants, and a white shirt for the job interview. She had no color in her hair nothing I think they just looked at her and pushed her away. They are not very polite. People and my daughter will never reply with this company again.

Rip off.. The prices they charge are as high as fine Mexican restaurants, yet they provide bland and mediocre quality food. I ordered a steak burrito, for $19 and it came with barely any toppings and the soggy tortilla had fell/torn apart so I had to eat it with a fork and knife. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla meal for $8, and they provided a very tiny taco-sized tortilla with a few pieces of chicken and cheese slapped together, a tiny container of beans, and a bunch of chips to fill up the main container with to give the illusion of having some content lol; and they forgot my drink. What the? I posted pics of the quesadilla with a banana next to it as comparison so you can see exactly how small it is and how there are barely any pieces of meat in it. This restaurant needs a reality check, and new management to learn a thing called customer satisfaction, for any possible continued business… no way I’d ever return to this petty spot. One hit blunder.

Eh. Went for the 2nd time last night, picked up dinner for 4 people. It was $60. Two of those people are vegetarians. One person was happy with their pork salad, the rest of us, didn’t feel it was worth it. Low on portions, presentation, flavor. The burritos were floppy because they were not fully filled. Stingy on the meat and beans (Ok, I get the meat but beans and rice are super cheap). The non meat eaters were charged the same price and were not giving anything extra, no offer of guac, nothing. There are better options in this town for the price. We did take out, but I was glad we weren’t dinning in, the restaurant was HOT.

this girl right here has the worst customer service. I literally could not care less bc i’m 17 years old and just love the food here but when I came here last time she was literally talking to my like I was dumb. Move her to prep or something bc she does not belong talking to people. She was rude when i went to go pick up my order and doesn’t look happy to work there.

Cafe Rio used to be great until it was acquired by another company in 2017. Since then it’s always understaffed which leads to rushing food making and forgetting orders, quality of food is worse and they are stingy portions of meat. I’m sad that I feel the company is cutting costs for profit.

Came here for taco Tuesday with a $5 off coupon they sent in the mail. Came around 6pm and it was packed, line almost out the door. Took about 15 minutes to get up to finally start ordering. Place is very clean inside and the employees all seemed energetic. The food options seem a bit limited and the prices are fairly high for what you get as what others have said.
