We were more than pleasantly surprised by Arosso and their new digs. We were greeted warmly by the owner and were invited to either sit in the casual front counter area or in the dining room. We chose the dining room which was warmly decorated, had plenty of tables with place settings and cloth napkins and had Italian music playing. Our first impression was that Arosso would not disappoint and they didn’t. The service and the food were excellent. We started by sharing a side of meatballs. They were huge and all meat. The sauce was really delicious and very different in consistency and flavor from most Italian restaurants. I ordered two side dishes (broccoli rabe and grilled chicken) which they combined, plated and garnished like a dinner. My husband had the veal marsala with penne. Both meals came with side salads and garlc bread. The chicken and veal were very tender and flavorful. The marsala sauce was light and had lots of mushrooms. We definitely enjoyed the food and the atmosphere and will most certainly be back.

Our first time going and wow! Food was delicious and portion sizes were very generous. We were on very short timing, so ordered ahead. Even though their server didn’t show, the owner had everything ready on time and was incredibly kind. Waited on us, and even comped our tiramisu because of the server situation, which was completely unnecessary, but very much appreciated. Had the entire place to ourselves, Italian music playing – felt like a little cafe in Italy!

Just a great restaurant all around. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful. Had a large family dinner inside and everyone loved their food. The servers are awesome and we didn’t even wait long for dinner. Love this place!

The reason for the 3 star is for one issue and one only. I do not like to leave negative comments so I will begin with the positives. The atmosphere was fantastic, I absolutely love the new locations look and the inside. The outside could use a spruce up but I imagine that will come with spring. The service was impeccable, I was answered quickly, my order was taken, I had an amazing moment asking about the atmosphere of the place to the front end associate, whomever who is within the company.

Was here yesterday to get what I normally get the seafood pizza, price went up to $27 unfortunately whoever is the cook now has no taste buds. The pie was super salty and the toppings were mushy. I should have known something when the pie was ready so fast used to be I could go next door to big lots and shop waiting for the pie but this time Just as I was about to go

We had a great experience here last night! Tyler our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. They appeared to be homemade and not those frozen kind most places serve. They were super delicious and creamy! Our side salads that came with our entrees were just right. I really enjoyed the balsamic dressing. I loved the garlic dip that came with our delicious complimentary bread. My only con with the dip is that it was served cold. It was really great, but I feel it would be even better served hot. Our entrees were generously sized and we were full and we also took home lots of leftovers! The only negative comment I could make about our entrees is that the “red” sauce on both my spaghetti and sausage and my husbands chicken Parmesan was actually orange and it was a little on the bland side. It was good, of course, but it needed some”zip”. My son annihilated his pizza! He is picky and he ate here like a champ! Overall we enjoyed our experience and we will definitely be back!!!

Been here at least 4 times, kids like the pizza. We sat in the dining room twice before and ordered the kids a slice and got my wife and I two meals. Today however we were told we couldn’t order the kids slices in the dining area and had to order/eat in the front room? So I had no choice but to leave, I asked the front counter and he explained that silly policy. We would have spent over $50 easily and instead nothing, and they lost a customer forever as we normally come here after taking the kids to funzilla etc. Shame, you need to change that policy asap. Now we are headed to brothers pizza instead. Waitress was nice but made no sense we couldn’t order a tuna melt and another meal without being told we have to get the kids a full pie instead of just two slices. This is just about that policy, young kids can’t consume a whole pie. (Picture is where we ended up, which was far more accommodating, giving my kids lolipops and all at checkout). Literally owners think about it… I could have simply just went in the next room 10 steps away and ordered a slice to bring into the dining room? You should adapt and charge appropriately. Just sad. What if I came to feed my kids and just got them a slice and then said “oh hey let’s eat in’ and was told no you cant have slices in the dining area… c’mon!
