It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I seriously am starting to feel this Whataburger has it out for me. Every time I go they don’t have what I ordered online and/or my food is NEVER the way I ordered it. Last night was the last straw! It was nasty. A simple whatachicken sandwich. It was flattened, cold, and lettuce was rotten, also barely any French fries which were cold and soggy on top of it. This is how it came out of the bag.

Our first Whataburger experience! Everyone was very happy with their meals! We ordered 5 regular and 2 kids meals, and they were brought to our table promptly! Our waitress was very helpful, and checked up on us after we got our order. THANKS EVERYONE! We’ll be back again.

We went through the drive thru ordered 3 number ones add mayo and ketchup the burgers and fries were very hot . That was my first time at this Whataburger I will definitely be back. The lady at window was very pleasant . Never had an experience like this at any other Whatabuger I have been to . The buns were toasted and warm. Most of the time the buns are cold and the Patties are usually like warm . Best ever . Did not mind spending my money here today. Thank you Whataburger !!!

Don’t no what the lady who took my order last night issue was but she need to simmer down came between the hours of 2 to 3am got a number 2 large and asked for a large shake they gave me a medium then I asked for a pepper sauce at the window she was like 49cent like one sauce is gonna hurt there company forgot my drink didn’t even say have a goodnight nothing gm should train these night people to respect there customers and value them

Waited 30 minutes for food in drive through. Definitely not the standard I know and love from Whataburger. The person who took our order claimed the shake machine was down but when we got to the window we saw someone dispensing a shake. That employee said she had just gotten there and was checking the machine because it does go on the fritz often. So it sounds like no one had bothered to check before she got there because it was working fine.

The staff were very friendly, I actually enjoyed my experience talking with the girl at the drive thru. The only issue is that the food quality has gone way down. I ordered two just a burgers and both of them had patties so thin it could’ve passed for thin sliced lunch meat. When I took a bite I couldn’t even taste the meat.

This location is just the best!! The employees working at night are very helpful and friendly. If they make a mistake, they will do everything they can to make it right for you. Spoke with the operating owner today Ciaria and she is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met at any fast food place. The burgers are huge, and more than enough to fill you up!! Also the Dr pepper milkshakes are surprisingly good!!

Look man it’s Whataburger… It’s going to be delicious. The staffing here is terrible outside of peak hours and at night. Not the employees’ fault they work hard, have no time to give quality customer service, and quite frankly they will forget you if you don’t wear a rude demeanor. I don’t want to rate low. Whoever is running the joint needs to quit being such tight wads.
