I have high remarks on Jesse and Tisha, They high extremely high experience with customer service and management skills. This location At Speedway/Alvernon holds a high standard of quality and customer service thanks to those individuals, I am a regular customer due to these factors and how welcoming this location is when Jesse and Tisha are managing and running this location. Due to this location with high standers other locations in Tucson seem only meet the base standers and I don’t go to their locations, those locations need people who are proactive and professional like Jesse and Tisha.

I just attempted to order through the drive through and use the Mc Donald’s app they offer use of for their restaurant and I ordered a free chicken sandwich which I earned from my points I’ve accumulated from past purchases there at this establishment. Upon using my code the lady informed me that the code it generated was not valid and would not work. She proceeds to tell me to log out and log back in to generate a fresh or new code and so I did. I then noticed that the app had removed the points from my account and therefore I could not generate a new code because there were not even enough points to do so since the app had already removed my points with the first code. I was told there was nothing this restaurant could do to get my free sandwich or refund me my points that they deducted from my account. I asked to speak to a manager his name was Booker and he took a minute to actually get to the window before he said there were several issues with the app and there’s nothing they could do or make the situation back to how I at least started prior to not being able to generate a valid code. They did not show any concerns to want to even hear my complaint just basically shutting me down with they have had issues all day and not their problem. I feel if the app is an offered system of your business then there should be some type of way where people aren’t just taken from and not given a product as promised. If u offer an app you should stand by it and be able to help customers when issues like that arise I earned those points that they deducted tonight and now they are not on my account and the manager could not help me. That’s really disappointing and now I’m left with having to deal with a simple issue that could of been simply resolved tonight but I have to escalate because the establishment doesn’t have any control of the system they offer. Thanks for nothing and I will be seeking a full refund for my points. The attitude of the manager didn’t show concern or even make me even feel my issue was worthy of him with sincere focus or concern. Your employees lack good customer service skills big time and I will not be coming ming back to this mc Donald’s again. Thanks for wasting my time and making me feel unimportant. You did a great job at that and nothing else I must say.

we ordered breakfast and we didnt even get our own order, i showed them the receipt and then they said they would make it right, it wasnt right they missed 2 mcmuffins and a burrito so we got ripped off after realizing at home. even at the pay window they didnt know what order we had and had to re ring us up. All the workers including the manager look like drug addicts and cant even get our order right, the inside also smelled of drugs. something needs to be done about the staff at this place!

Horrible McDonald’s. We ordered from door dash and they forgot my niece’s big Mac and godsons apple juice. If they would slow down and care more about there job these type of mistakes wouldn’t happen. I’ll never order from here again. When you spend 50+ Dollars you expect to get what you ordered.

This location makes the best frappe’s! The food is like any other location. The atmosphere isn’t good because of all the druggies around. If management was allowed to do something about them on their property it’d be a lot better. Over all though, I do recommend the location.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a McDonald’s. People go to the Drive Thru to do exactly that, but you’ll likely find yourself parked for no reason. They tell you it will be right out which turns into waiting in the parking lot for 10 more minutes. I’m not sure who the management is, but they don’t care and this is a joke. There are so many in the city and I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. If I was the owner of this franchise, I would be extremely embarrassed.
