I never get extra Mayo as requested and I was waiting curbside for a long while. I had to come inside after noticing they were completely dead with no customers and sure enough My sandwich was there with employee sitting down on there phone. They had no intent on bringing it out.

I ordered a delivery at 6:45, called an hour and a half later to get an update because my app didn’t even say it was out for delivery at that point so I was checking in to see what the delay was. I only live a couple miles away so I thought it was a little strange it hadn’t been on it’s way yet. The person I spoke with was kind about the situation, told me that they would credit the delivery fee to my account, and told me they would send me out a new order. He apologized and said there was some mix up. I thanked him for the help and told him I didn’t mind waiting little longer for my order and I appreciated the credit. My food didn’t get delivered until 9 and I went to retrieve it from my porch and the drink was missing. I called back and was offered another credit to my account for the cost of my drink. I didn’t see any credits on my account, so I’m not sure about that.Disappointed in the wait and my missing drink, however , the sandwich was good. I don’t think I would risk ordering from this location again.

Their bread is always amazing, and I hear, vegan? I just wish they had a vegan sub… I “made my own,” but it just ended up being lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and the tiniest avocado spread with oil & vinegar on a soggy bun. I wish I could give 5 stars! I miss eating Jimmy’s!

I ordered a Vito sub, or lack thereof. I got about 2 slices of meat, a slice of cheese and a ton of lettuce. If I wanted a slim sub, I would have ordered and only paid for a slim sub. All I could taste was bread and I was very dissatisfied and still hungry afterwards. The stingier you are on your meat and toppings, the less it makes people want to come back.

It did take an hour to deliver across Hall Rd, however, the sub was the best one that I’ve had to date from any Jimmy Johns. I chalked up the long wait as part of the weather we’ve got going on or the fact that may she had a long list of deliveries. She waited in my lobby to make sure I picked up the food. She was pleasant and I appreciate her doing the driving for me. Guess what I know for the future… order 30 mins earlier. No problem for me! Thank you!

Is Jimmy John’s the best place for a fast lunch at noon in Metro Detroit? Probably not but that’s across the board with their locations. The times to go are mid-afternoon or after 7pm for speedy service. I’ve gotten hard bread a few times in the evening. Haven’t ordered delivery yet but I’ve ordered online for pickup at least a dozen times and they come through with the accuracy.

This location is NOT dog friendly. Today was 96° and I specifically did a pick up order so my dog wouldn’t be left outside in the heat, and after 25mins of waiting I had gotten my dog out of the car because I was worried about her and waited outside the store and the the female employee said “who brings a dog to a restaurant, gross!” Then wait 5 more mins before going inside to ask for a refund and was rudely greeted and told my food would be right up and they were not polite. I will not be going back to that location ever again! Not to mention my dog is my registered service animal!
