I decided to order a few of the steak bagels for my travels. They are fairly easy to get into the parking lot is fairly rough though. I was able to place my order in a reasonable amount of time. They have two drive through speakers, so this helps a lot. The food was excellent and I would definitely ordered from here again!

Obviously totally dissatisfied with the rude manager. Came into McDonald’s today to fill out an application retrieve the paper after they printed it filled it out to then go back to turn it in explain to the manager that I did not have a phone as of the 27th of this month and I do not have an email as my phone will be turned off and I do not have internet. I then ask her when should I come back to check on the application to compromise for not having a direct way to get a hold of me. She had informed me that if they cannot email me and me fill out the paperwork then I cannot work for them.

McDonald’s is hit-and-miss. I am surprised at how fast the drive thru goes at the one on Logan, they seem to have a good system. Inside, it is sometimes harder to get service, though I usually use the self-service kiosk then the order comes up pretty quick. About 5% (or less) of the time recently, my order has been wrong. But the food is consistently as good as you can expect from fast food.

I was in line for 10mins waiting on one of the workers to order breakfast and other things and then when I finally got to order he tells me I couldn’t get breakfast, man was I mad so no I don’t recommend this place cause it’s always a very bad experience every time I go there. And bad thing is that I wsnt in to order so I could get breakfast cause drive through is always and ended up not getting anything.

They rarely get an order right and if they do it’s cold … today I ordered a McMuffin with Canadian bacon and cheese not only did I get a biscuit instead I got regular bacon and no cheese. They were not that busy they only had 3 cars in the line and barley anyone inside.

Tried 4 times for them to get my order right. As I take meds that will interact with the meds. They kept getting it wrong. I was in a hurry as I’m a teacher in trainings and School starts tomorrow. They made me pull up. Brought out the wrong meal with all the condiments they kept trying to put on it. I send her back…I ordered the 2 cheeseburgers meal with tomato, mayo, and pickle. They couldn’t remember that but we’re saying an awful lot more of condiments. Then a bigger lady that could barely walk walked out with a piece of paper and pen. I was livid and in a hurry. I left without getting my money or my meal because I told her to go on back, not to walk the rest of the way…she laughed in my face. She told me to come back. I told her no way. I made a FB status about it and people tagged the GM. The GM messaged me. I explained and he said he could have someone bring me a meal, refund my money, and give me coupons for my students…after I told him I’m in a meeting further away from where he thought. But he repeated my order to me—WRONG! He apologized that he was with his at the dentist. And I get he’s human but how can THAT many people get it wrong?!?!? So I declined his offer. I wasn’t about to eat there…we live in rural WV…hard to tell what they’d do to my food knowing I was so livid about it. And I know the woman went back in talking about me…not understanding that if it was her, she’d be livid too. But I had some family who was there tell me she talked about me like a dog when she walked in. I won’t eat there and I won’t have my students travel out of their way to get this kind of treatment!!! Out $8.76 and no food. Go to the McDonald’s at Fountain Place Mall!!!

They got my order right but the fries were disgusting. McDonald’s used to have the best fries of all, now everytime I get them they are old and cold and tasted like an old sock. The burgers I ordered were also old and tasted like they had been prepared hours earlier and just left sitting there.
