I had a mobile order. When I went inside to get my food I saw this lady. We both made eye contact yet she kept doing whatever she was doing. 5 minutes later someone finally acknowledged I was standing there and asked me about my order. I told them my name and order number yet the lady I made eye contact with earlier came to me and asked me about my order again. She had an attitude and looked like she didn’t want to be there. When my food was done she put the bag on the counter instead of handing it to my when I was visibly standing right in front of her. It took a lot for me to not cuss her out but I kept my composure.

This particular McDonald’s just doesn’t seem to get it. If they get your order right, it is done so very slowly. If you have to go in to order, expect a longer wait, if they even acknowledge you. The last time I went, I had to walk out after waiting with no acknowledgement for 10 minutes. The time before that, the breakfast burritos were smashed up and the tortillas torn up that when I opened the wrapper it was mush. I hate that this is a convenient store to go to, and I have been trying…keep trying to go to hope things will change. They do not. I will not be back anytime soon. Please work on your service

I was picking up a Doordash. It was over 90 degrees outside. I asked to buy a drink. I was refused to be served because I work for Doordash. They didn’t tell me no until I asked 3 different people. If they weren’t going to serve me they should have said so in first place instead of making me wait over 5 minutes. Sad part was it was the Manager that I asked to get the drink from in the first place.

The last time going to this place, 4.29.23 @3:30pm, the young man at the register just looked at me as if he was mute, with no communication if he was ready to take my order. The young man seemed to be pouting as if a big bully had taken his ball and run away. The staff looked lost as if they were in the wrong place. And the restaurant was out of nugget sauce, and the Sprite sode needed to be changed. I’m sure it wasn’t coming out incorrectly before the young lady gave it to me. I told my simple order to two people, and it was still was wrong! Yall need to do better or just close it down!

Stood at counter for 5 minutes without help. Decided to go through drive through and had to wait again at the speakers another 5 minutes to order. Not enough help. If they only want us to use drive up they may as well keep the doors locked with a sign saying drive up only.

The only reason why I go to this McDonald’s is because it’s close to home basically across the street… But I swear they need new management in this place… Was there tonight for 4-22-2022… I wanted to give a date so that maybe somebody in management or corporate reads this they would know what day it was. When I got home I opened my big Mac and noticed that the cheese was half of the burger… Which is the first photo… I opened the burger up and noticed my surprise when I looked at the burger. WTF…

This is the worst McDonald’s… they are continually messing up orders, not paying attention, they have to ask you about your orders because they aren’t paying attention. The customer service is horrible, the people that get hired here don’t want to provide any sort, not even slightly, any sort of enthusiasm, no work ethic. It’s insanely slow even when there’s no one in line, you have to honk your horn, or say hello to get their attention. This place has been this way for years now. Really it’s toxic and needs to be shut down. I don’t know how it even survives because I intentionally avoid this place. This was the last straw for me.

Wait in line, got skipped twice for a preferred color. Then tell me drive through closed. Then wait in line inside with the wreak of weed to tell me no orange juice. As I am leaving I noticed the drive-thru is open. This place is as racist as you can get. Waste of time. Go anywhere else.
