I received excellent service at Moe’s considering it was the first time I was there. The person serving me was happy to tell me what each and every item was on their bar and even to go as far to explain the taste to me if I wasn’t sure what it was. Not only that but my burrito bowl was great too. I’ve been back two times since and it’s been delicious every time. Love the free chips and salsa!

I’ve been extremely disappointed in this place since they reopened. They have been out of steak and pork with 3 hours left of them still open multiple times so don’t expect anything but ground beef, chicken and tofu after 5pm.. this time I went and they didn’t even have original salsa, olives, mushrooms, steak, pork.. I mean half the options were gone at 6pm. Insane. Then charge me for half a spoon full of guac. Place is managed terribly

Every time I visit here after 7pm the service has been shaky at best. The staff wirking there seem to be confused and staying in the back A LOT and they don’t seem to refill the food options that are on the table. They would just rather play like children instead of serving you. They definitely need some kind of leadership around evening hours because I’m sure they should not be operating that way.

It seems there is new ownership, according to cashier. Prices increased, decrease in food portion (at least 1/3 less), and they charge 1.99 for any type of meat. Normally you may pay extra for steak/shrimp, not chicken. Although menu posted reflects no cost. You will not know until pay for your food. It’s no wonder they are always empty!

Quality of the ingredients is great as always. But the newest staff don’t know how to roll a burrito. Multiple times now it was completely overstuffed and someone had to scrape the extra ingredients off the top to get it to fit which left mostly the rice and beans. Without the foil they completely fall apart. Needs a major training redo.

Ordered doordash from this place, got sour cream and queso on both my stack and my boyfriend’s burrito. I don’t know which one it was but there was a powdered, crusty, white, distasteful substance spread all over each food item. Due to doordashes policy we couldn’t get a refund, and I won’t eat dairy that has very obviously gone bad.
