I showed up near closing time, and I was very pleased to find that the staff was still very helpful and friendly despite the late hour. The young woman at the register even bantered with me and helped me figure out what to order. The food was good and well presented, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. I was very pleased with this McAlister’s visit, and I would have happily visit again.

Our family of 4 ordered dinner and we waited for our food for longer than usual. My husband went to the counter and they realized there was an error made and they quickly fixed the issue. The food was great and they went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Excellent customer service! We will gladly be back.

It was a 5 star for me until they moved locations. My favorite part was sitting in the window facing the mall. It was sunny and relaxing. The new store has better parking, but that is the only change for the better, in my opinion. You have to wait in line for online order pick up now, which makes it slower. The dining area is much smaller, and there is no room for the line to stand when waiting to order inside. Staff is friendly from my experiences. It is a clean facility, but the new location is definitely a turn-off for me. Update: They have now discontinued their bread bowl. Another disappointment in my book. I have found other places to eat now.

Potato was old brown and hard should’ve been discarded at this piont not sold can’t take back I’m in a commercial vehicle at Walmart dc. Hate I paid 9 dollars for something I can’t eat or replace.. just read reviews for this location and seems they are struggling with food quality and quantity… hopefully gets better. Gonna start reading the Google reviews before ordering from delivery apps now.

I love McAlister’s, but this location has gotten my order wrong so many times and it’s frustrating. I have food allergies so when things are not made according to the restrictions i can become very ill. I used to come at least twice a week because it is one of the only places I can eat in town. Unfortunately I ALWAYS have to go back through and have my order corrected or completely remade. They have offered to send me free meal coupons twice to make up for the errors and inconvenience, but they have never arrived in my mailbox. After receiving gristly chicken tonight and half the toppings that are normally on my salad, I drove all the way back and asked for my money back. I don’t recommend dining here.
