Absolutely terrible service. I asked for the strawberry shortcake. They rudely stated there isn’t such a drink and I then asked for the strawberry cream. Which they then stated they didn’t have anything with strawberries. It was on the menu above their head. The short brunette haired girl that looks fresh out of high school or early in college absolute terrible service, especially for someone that doesn’t drink Starbucks regularly.

Small space inside of Meijer. Same products here as any other Starbucks but they can run out of products pretty easily because they are small. The staff are friendly enough but clearly hate their job, lol. I do love how Starbucks has many vegan options, they have really stepped up their game. The space here is small and crowded and not set up for people to hang out long, but that’s because it’s inside of the Meijer. No drive-thru.

My wife and I stopped in today. Somewhat busy. Order taken promptly. Then waited, and waited, and waited. There was one employee who was “working” but talking to someone who may have also been an employee (off duty). He spent more time talking than working on orders for waiting customers. More work less talk!! Was terrible. Then had to go ask for a portion of our order and was told we’re making more tea to fill order. 20 minutes. Finally said we had to leave and asked for refund. Worst Starbucks ever!!

Best Starbucks by far I believe it was OLIVER who took my order. Mixed just right he was very friendly and fast even though they were very busy. I’m there at least a couple of times a week. The one thing I did notice was how disrespectful there MANAGER was to the workers she was I was shocked. What is going on with that. If the manager needs to discipline a worker please do so in private. Not a good look and makes the customer feel uncomfortable

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch they were out of the crunchy pieces so they asked me if I would prefer a different topping, which I very much appreciated. They were very nice professional in there. I’m only giving 4 stars because Meijer needs to change their tipping policy. The workers are not allowed to accept tips merely because they are located inside of the grocery store and not in a stand alone Starbucks. I believe they would have better employment retention if they allowed these hardworking people to be compensated by customers with gratuities. There is absolutely no reason why they aren’t allowed that.

Staff was very rude. Both staff members ignored me for 30+ seconds with no line. They didn’t know how to take or enter my order and had snappy attitudes. Also, they refused to take payment through the Starbucks App, saying their machines couldn’t process that and it wasn’t their fault. Date/time: 5/30/21 at 5:30pm.

Tomorrow the year will be 2020. You are a company seen all over social media and the news celebrating diversity and fighting discrimination. Please do not make your employees cover their facial piercings with bandaids. It is more sanitary for an employee to practice basic hygiene than to have a 1”x3” piece of latex stuck across their face for an entire shift. So disappointed in your dress code. Please do a better job practicing what you preach.
