Horrible. Ordered To-Go and there was a long brown hair on the outside of one of the food containers -which already upset us to start. My fiancés steak was supposed to be well done and is was RARE. My dish was missing a side of green beans, a side of sauce also missing, the chicken was very small, and the ribs were cold(only live maybe 5 minutes away from this location. We paid for extra rolls AND cinnamon butter but did not get the bread already that was supposed to come with our meals and of course no cinnamon butter. Will never be coming back. Was not worth the $52 nor the tip included. Added pictures of food and receipt(steak taken out of box because of hair)

My friend and I mobile ordered from this location in memory of her mom (whose birthday is today and passed away 5 years ago) and what we received was honestly absurd for $32. We got the chicken tenders which actually weren’t tenders but nuggets and we each got like 6 of them; when we actually ate them, we found that the 2 1/2 inch nuggets were about 50% breading. I also probably had 12 whole fries total and got 1 of the 4 sauces we asked for. In addition to the food, we got extra rolls which seemed to be extra toasted but dry like they were from the day before. Pretty disappointed

Ordered online. Waited 30 minutes past pick up time outside. Managed said they were redoing my chicken for my salads. Food was cold and tasteless. They didn’t give me the drink I had ordered (I had forgotten about it til I got home). The extra dressing I asked for wasn’t in the bag either. No plasticware, etc. I usually check my bag before leaving but after waiting the extra 30+ minutes, it was 9pm and I needed to feed my kids. Was super disappointed

I was visiting the area, with my grandmother, to take my mother out for a birthday dinner. She chose this location. The restaurant was decent. My party and I (3 total) enjoyed our experience to this location, overall. My mother has issues with consuming hard foods and asked the waiter to have the kitchen over-cook the vegetable to be slightly on the mushy side. They seemed to be unable to do this, because the three times they brought it back to the table it was still hard, and as she put it “seems like they just re-heated it again and again”. Quite disappointed for that result. The steaks were a bit on the thin side, but the size, texture, feel, and flavor was overall very pleasant and on the upper side of all the steak houses I’ve been to. Our waiter, Theo, was kind and helpful, but never seemed to be happy or smile. Whenever we needed something (even if it wasn’t him) someone was there to help us out.

We arrived on a Saturday night about 6pm, seated immediately. David was our server. Amazing attitude, on point with everything. I had a 20oz prime rib cooked to a perfect med rare. Our server chatted with us for a while then when we was packing our leftovers, David the server brought my mother a sweat potato to go with her leftover steak. Yup my mother made him hug her. Great service from a great server.

Worst restaurant I’ve been to in Virginia Beach! Extremely dirty outside, in the doorway and inside! Staff from host to servers to cooks EXTREMELY unfriendly! No smiles no greets no have a great night! The food was HORRIBLE tasteless and the salad was bagged exactly like the ones from Walmart with the little carrot pieces. The steak and the burger had absolutely no seasoning! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I would suggest the entire team is retrained. And where were the managers??? Not one manger visited my table or any guests in my section! Very poor quality and all around bad place to eat at! Very disappointed!

Arrived at 4:35pm, party of 6. Lots of empty tables, took 30 minutes to get seated apparently no servers. Brought my salad, had a brown hair on it. All the people in our party had white hair. Took 15 minutes to get a new salad. One person ordered meat “medium rare”, was delivered Medium Well. Didn’t get correct order until after entire party was finished. Alot of screeching/screaming children throwing menu’s & tantrums. Not a pleasant experience this time.

Soon as we walked in it smelled sour, or dirty mop water. We still said ok maybe it’s just this area, we were asked to wait 10 minutes for better seating since we didn’t want to sit back to back with another party of 6+. As we were waiting we noticed a whole area with tables that hadn’t been clean yet & visible trash on the floors! We were lead to a section in the back that was dirty as well & once seated we all said we were leaving & decided not to order. I had never seen so many dirty tables & only 2 people working to take care of a lunch crowd. Not to add the worker behind the bar leaned over doing nothing — on his cell phone ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️
