Good morning. I have tried to pick my mobile order from this store three times this week between the hours of 5:30 A.M. and 6 A.M., the establishment has not been able to provide service during this time. I have also seen multiple vehicles trying to get service at my time for pickup. If you really can’t provide service during your post hours maybe it is time adjust those hours or something else to mediate the situation. It used to be not like this in the past.

My granddaughter was happy to get a happy meal for dinner and after waiting 13 minutes on drive through and not getting service we went inside. However, we didn’t mind the wait but what was upsetting was very home and no toy was in the meal. It was so upsetting!

I ordered 3 caramel sundaes and a mango pineapple smoothie. Slow service, the 3 ice creams were way too low in terms of portion, stuff was rude when I addressed the issue, they didn’t want to do anything to deescalate the situation , instead they were offering those ice creams for free to the customers behind me. This place overcharged me. They also got my very simple order wrong. The workers were unprofessional, smoking a cigarette with the back door wide open. The bagel I ordered was old and crunchy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I had to throw away my food because it looked horrible. This place is a total scam.

Arrived for breakfast on way to work and used mobile app. Chose to pickup inside. Front door hasn’t been cleaned in a while as it has smudges all over the door from little hands. Walked inside to pick up food and floor in lobby is greasy and has trash. The self ordering kiosks also look like they haven’t been wiped down/cleaned in a while. Cleanliness is clearly not a strong suit or concern here.

Service: This place overcharges and does not give you a receipt. I ordered a quarter pounder combo and filet-o-fish combo. Both of these were around $7 on the menu and my bill was $19.95. The speaker was broke and the woman at the window was one of the worst I have witnessed in customer service. Orders were being taken at the window and there was only one car in front of me. It took her over 4 minutes to take that order. When I finally get to the window she says “What do you want to order?”. I gave her my order, no smile and she just sticks out her hand for payment. I said how much is it? She said $19.95. I questioned her “19.95?”. She just held out her hand and I handed her a twenty. Got a nickel back and no receipt and not thank you.

I ordered 3 LG sweet teas and 4 LG fries. Got to the second window, they hand me a bag of what are hot, slightly under salted but good non the less french fries. Ok, cool, then I am asked to pull up to the you gotta wait on something spot. We are brewing a fresh batch of sweet tea! We can’t wait even after waiting what was at least 10 mins for the teas to get to us. There was no sugar to be found in those cups… it was such a shame

The gal on the drive thru pay window gave me the order number for the cost total. Then when I questioned it at the window she gave me a total of the actual total PLUS the “Savings” amount, so I overpaid for what I ordered. Funny that there was a sign on the window saying Please using Exact Change or Credit Card. Figures since nobody there can apparently do simple math. Then the order comes with no napkins, ketchup, or salt…. SMH

It’s hit or miss here. I’ve been stopping by here on and off for 8 years. The remodel is nice and the dining area is usually decently clean. Drive through orders are correct most of the time.
