I order weekly. I have a few friends over so we ordered 10 pizzas online. I immediately got a call and I figured it was them telling me that it would take longer. No big deal. The guy calling sounded annoyed and told me that they wouldn’t be able to make more than 4 pizzas. I said I’d ordered more than 4 before and I was willing to wait. He started ranting that no one should have ever made me more than 4 and that they can’t make dough and make pizzas. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise through his rant so I hung up because I didn’t feel like being lectured to when trying to order food. He then proceeded to call my phone over and over until I answered and he started yelling I was banned from there so I hung up again. I went for convenience but it’s not worth the treatment.

After waiting paitently over an hour for my food to believe delivered. The very rude female delivery person popped off with a smart remark about the tip the website automatically suggested. When I called to complain about he service the “manager” basically told me it was my fault they were understaffed and that the attitude was acceptable bc of their understaffing situation. Then I was hung up on. I will NEVER again give such a company my money and will be suggesting all my friends and family follow suit. absolutely disgusted with this company and their attitudes. I am contacting the higher manager in the morning. All i wanted was an apology now I want my money back. And that will still not benough. b.

It was amazing…we got the Pepperoni Magnifico’s. 9.99 thru the app. Absolutely the best Pizza we’ve had.. Been to several locations between TN and FL, this is the best store..order online..less the 10 minutes…bottled drinks available..save $10 with every $100 spent, complete survey free cheese bread..app says dine in available.

Philly cheese steak sub was dry. It would be much better if it came with bell peppers and onions. Meat pizza was okay, but barely had any cheese or sauce. Crust was really soggy from sitting in grease. Food was edible but I probably wouldn’t eat here again.

Marcos was the best pizza in town, however new owner has cut back drastically on everything, especially the sauce. We won’t be back. Why mess up a good thing? Charge more if needed.

It’s pretty good pizza, not sure why onions and peppers are not cooked but still good, cheese bread is real good. It’s run pretty much by very young people who may need a little more experience but all in all it’s worth eating there.

Ordered 5 pizzas and 2 salads for our son to pick up. They only gave him 3 pizzas. When we called after he got home they said oh yea they are right here. We forgot to give them to him. When we asked if they could deliver them they said no we are too busy. I went to the store to pick up the rest of our order I asked for the managers contact information. The shift leader said it was not legal for them to give out her number. I said ok let’s call her together and she said she wasn’t allowed to call her. She finished by saying they had been busy and forgot a lot of stuff. I hope what she said isn’t true because it is not good business to deny people the opportunity to speak to the manager. This will be my last order from this store.
