Overall enjoyable dining experience. We had a wonderful server Celine who provided us with accurate and valuable menu and drink information. This was my husband’s first time trying Sushi and he really enjoyed the Philly Rolls and flavour of the Rainbow Rolls. I was just craving familiar comfort food so ordered Chicken Kung Pow and Fried Chicken Rice with Tempura Vegetables. Generous portion sizes, reasonable prices. The item sizes within the meals were quite large and I’m not as proficient with chopsticks as I’d like to be so I struggled a little without a knife to cut them into more manageable sizes (and I’m a bit clumsy). A variety of couples, friends and families with children eating while we were there. Very relaxed atmosphere, definitely felt comfortable. Clean and very fast service. The Lychee Martini is delicious! Didn’t have room for dessert but will be going back so maybe then. There is Parking available with the option to validate. As the sun was setting it made for nice scenery looking out the window towards the hillside. Convenient location and you can combine with a shopping trip to Trader Joes and or the drugstore and others in the complex. Music was a mix and it was a fun and unexpected surprise to hear Barry Manilow’s Copacabana. I wasn’t alone in this as I could hear other nearby patrons humming and quietly singing along. I recommend eating here!

This restaurant was really good. I have doubts eversince the sushi place above this restaurant was closed for good, unfortunately, in which I think it was called rock n sushi or similar. Anyways, the whole expirence was good. Service was very top notch. Our waitress offered us many options and choices, including her favorites/recommendation. That’s a 5 star service from me and my firends well. Just dont get turned away from the actual tables themselves, they’re sticky because its laminated, that’s something to be kept in mind before being seated.

I love this place. Clean, fast and the best service. The food is fresh and they treat you with lots of respect. I recommend this restaurant. I tried the Woodland Hills location not so great and food not as good. Potions are a lot smaller as well. Downtown LA location is nice. But the West Hollywood location is extremely nice.

I had the absolute worst experience trying to order delivery at this establishment. ”Sol” was the person I dealt with on the phone and should be taken off any phone duty immediately. Has 0 customer service skills and when I asked to speak with a manager she completely ignored my request she handled my situation in the absolute worst way she possibly could . I had originally called in to the restaurant to add some additional items to my order which from my conversation was all handled and would be added to my order when my driver showed up. Once my driver made it there staff refused to add the items like originally agreed, big mess. Don’t order takeout here and think you can call in and add some items after the fact. Google should really add half a star option.

Might have just been this location but not on par with past Wokcano (Burbank/Pasadena) experiences. Bit into a piece of hard plastic on my albacore ponzu and the brussel sprouts were way too salty. Disappointed to say the least. Service was lacking as well. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

WOW this place was absolutely delicious. I came from out of town with my fiancee from San Francisco. We were trying different places to eat and I’m so very happy we decided to dine here. The food was tasty and flavorful especially the Cajun fried rice and spicy garlic shrimp. I recommend anything try this place you will not be disappointed. Our server was very nice and attentive. Thank you so much for this amazing dinning experience will definitely be back when we are in town.

Not for me. The service was great, but the food was not. The soup had very rustic cut vegetables and it just felt like they quartered them and tossed into broth. No discernable dumplings. The Singapore style noodles had similar large vegetables, and soft pink chicken. Found 2 pieces that were totally uncooked beneath the skin and I couldn’t finish.

Do not eat here the food isnt very good and is overpriced there are lots of other better quality sushi places not too far away. The manager is racist or atleast extremely prejudice. He tried to grab my purse, after for some reason my card declined on their machine. I even offered to pay in cash or Venmo but he insisted on trying to grab my purse and telling me I couldn’t leave. The plaza security had to get involved and restrained him. An overall awful experience and I did not receive a refund for the awful encounter. I don’t believe the food was worth the money. I paid $30 for two small shrimp tempura rolls and $10 for two pieces of shrimp tempura. Please don’t support this company hopefully they will go out of business and be removed from the plaza soon.

Out of all the locations in LA, this is the worst one by far. This place has consistently awful service. The only thing that’s consistent is the food quality and that’s not saying a whole lot. Definitely recommend visiting one of the other locations. Don’t waste your time here. After asking to speak to a manager, Andrew came to chat with us and ended up being a complete racist who rushed us out of the door and locked it behind us for simply asking why he refused to seat us 1 whole hour before closing.
