The worst Starbucks ever. They ALWAYS put coffee in my white hot chocolate, which I do not ask for. I even specifically said no coffee and still got it. They are have been out of white hot chocolate for days now. Who does their ordering? Out of four trips, I got what I ordered once.

Really pretty annoyed with poor customer service. I come here almost every day and today I tried to order a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich along with a drink. Drink came out fine in about 2 minutes and then I waited an additional 2 minutes before they asked if I was still waiting on anything and I mention the sandwich. They apparently forgot about it and started warming it up. No apology. Then I walk across the street back to work to realize they gave me a wrap??? I walk back and it takes 2 minutes to get anyone’s attention. When I finally get their attention, I explain the problem and the young lady says and I quote “okay, well my manager is over there so she’ll get that figured out for you.” No apology again. Then I see the manager who i actually, normally like but today there was no acknowledgement, I had no idea if she was helping me cause she never addressed me. Then I question what’s even happening and someone shoves $4 in my hand and some change. I didn’t want cash, but I didn’t get a say, I guess. I really am just disappointed with the extreme customer service issue in STL.

Me and my dog Shamara went to the Starbucks to get her a pup cup and a drink for me the first red flag was they didn’t know how to break up a 100 and the last and final red flag was once I couldn’t pay for my drink even though a pup cup is free emphasis on free they refused to give the pup cup to my pitbull German shepherd mix! would give zero stars if I could!

Not only did the employee have a bad attitude because of a mix-up on their end I never got refunded money onto my card and then after waiting a long time in line for two drinks they messed up one of the drinks. I only went there because that was the only Starbucks that was open at the time and I was going in that area. Never again will I go back.
