The dining room was pretty clean and no customers dining in while we ordered. We ordered from the kiosk, selected our table number to have the food delivered to our table and paid. We waited about 20 minutes and then went to the counter to ask. Our food was there waiting on a tray and based on the ticket info, was setting there for 15 minutes. My husband asked was this our food and the response was a silent nod. There was no real customer service. My husband had to ask for new fries as they were cold on the tray. He was given only one of the two orders. He had to ask again and then was given new fries. When my husband asked why it wasn’t delivered as specified in the directions, again just a silent shrug. The food was good but if dining in make sure you watch for your food.

This is my closest location, and I typically drive 15-20 min out of the way for a better experience. I’m often rushing if I go so I can’t go back and complain and get my order fixed. Some of the issues I’ve experienced- no customer service. Not bad, just nonexistent. They say nothing to you.

Make sure to never use Uber eats or a delivery service ordering from this location. They never put the correct order together, even with the helpful receipt/tag on the outside of the bag that anyone with a third grade reading skill would be able to look at and check the order is correct. Must be too hard for folks here. Always mess up orders.

Ordered a cheeseburger and a 10 piece chicken nugget combo with a sprite for my kids. Received the pictured items (plus the sprite, which was sprite so it was OK I guess). Really don’t know how to comprehend it but there it is. I’ve had many problems with this location before but never felt the need to complain as I know times are tough. The bacon smelled rancid and it and the fries were ice cold. Highly suggest avoiding this location.
