We love FRESH cooking. We are obsessed with cooking food the right way, from SCRATCH. We do not warm up pre-cooked food. We do not finish pre-baked. When we say our seafood is FRESH, it is FRESH. Our meats, cheeses, olive oil and fruits are the highest QUALITY available. We pick our herbs daily. We do not take shortcuts. HONESTLY. We may run out of one or two things here and there because we don’t keep large inventories to assure FRESHNESS. We keep our customer in mind at all times. We cook extremely HEALTHY food. The first ingredient in each one of our recipes is LOVE. And last but not least we APPRECIATE our customers and we do not take them for granted!

This place is AMAZING!! I wish we could give more than just 5 stars! Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted even better! The staff was so sweet and shoutout to Jennifer soft being a great waitress! Mussels were cooked to perfection and the spicy sauce they are based in; oh my gosh, my husband won’t shut up about it!! Don’t leave without getting the key lime pie— you won’t be disappointed!! Fresh Scratch Bistro is now a GO TO FOR OUR FAMILY!!

Tonight I had the best meal of my life here! I’m not big on seafood so I had the wild mushroom ravioli. The candied walnuts and raspberry drizzle really turned this into an unbelievably flavor-packed meal. My partner, who LOVES seafood, had the Not New Orleans Jambalaya and loved it. I even enjoyed a bite of the amazing mussels! Our daughter ate off the kid’s menu but still said it was the best French fries she’s ever had. Delicious entrees with multiple drinks and dessert and still only cost about $100. We will be returning here every single time we vacation in Melbourne to try something new. I cannot say enough positive things. Alex, our server, was very friendly and attentive. He even checked to make sure our daughter liked the chocolate lava cake. A real gem in Melbourne for sure.

Editing and taking away a star…..had takeout this weekend and it was a joke. My dinner salad was not even the size of a side salad. I order this salad in house often, but definitely got ripped off doing pickup. At $90 for the entrees, I shouldn’t have to raid my own kitchen to actually get full. I won’t stop going here, but I do not recommend take out.

This five star restaurant in the heart of Indian Harbour Beach is phenomenal. Chuck and his team are some of the best in the industry. I would recommend them to any family or business party or date night. Five star craft drinks with live music. Also hold big events like car shows craft fair. Large outdoor patio eating area.

I really hate to write a review but the food here was horrible. Nothing about this place is scratch . I was looking for some good food and was willing to pay whatever. We decided to give this place a go. All of our food was cold and came out in less than 10 minutes from being ordered (app and meals) . I felt bad for the server as if this probably happens often based off his demeanor after seeing 2 full plates basically untouched . I Was so disappointed we got a check over 70 bucks went elsewhere to restart .Do yourself a favor if your looking for good food and go somewhere else .

I enjoyed the food. As some say “the best food condiment is hunger. I asked for a breakfast for lunch and I devoured it. My friend asked for the Ahi Tuna bit she was disappointed ,because the salad bed was minimal, but she liked the tuna meat. We also had the octopus appetizer, I think it was a little expensive for the quantity, the same as the ahi tuna. Again, the breakfast was abundant, plenty, and delicious. We waited more that 20 minutes for the order, just a few customer during a weekday. It was nice and cold inside. We had a wonderful waiter that was very kind,and answering our questions about the menu and order.
