The last time in the drive thru took almost 20 minutes with one car in front of me that only got one sandwich – and no apology for the wait. The have forgotten the avocado on the #12 sandwich before, and this time they forgot the lettuce. A little more attention to detail would be nice!!

To the woman working the shift today at 3:15 on 4/6, you shouldn’t snap at customers who are looking for napkins that are not placed anywhere visibly but behind the counter with the bags. No need to be rude with an attitude. You could just let me know where they are normally but I’m pretty sure having grab my own bag and napkins from where I pick sandwiches up is the same at most stores.

I came in through the drive through around 6pm yesterday afternoon and ordered a couple of giant subs! The lady in the drive through was very friendly and patient with me while i looked at the menu– being as it was my first time at this store. There was two boys working who had my VERY LARGE sandwhiches ready by the time i came up to the window and paid. I was 10000% impressed and i will be back again. You should be proud of your team!

I waited about an hour and a half for a delivery yesterday. First I missed a call from the store, and they didn’t leave a voicemail. When I called back they said they were out of wheat bread, but they would make my order right away with different bread and send it out . About 40 minutes passed and I called asking about it. The guy said it was on the way. I called again 20 minutes later and he said they had to remake my order because they brought my food to the wrong address, but it was on the way again. After another half hour I called to cancel and the guy said that I wouldn’t get a refund because he didn’t know how to do a refund. When my sandwich finally arrived, it had the wrong mustard on it.

The sandwiches are never wrong, we’re never waiting over ten minutes, and I’ve never experienced this location being out of an ingredient which are all amazing things. I just wish the employees didn’t look so sad and worn down mentally. Mental health is a serious thing and whether it be a physically run down or mentally, something seems to be going on at this location with it. I’ve not once seen someone working here smile. They need hugs.
