Ehh, honestly this place isn’t thriving or doing as well as it used to back in circa 2015-2018… The service was fine, but I didn’t get a welcome to Moe’s either. I came around 3ish and it wasn’t really busy. I feel like I was just thrown through the line. Food is fine, but the prices have gone up substantially… I don’t hate the food, but portions feel way smaller. Idk I feel like you’re better off at chipotle which is much cheaper and more tasty vegan/vegetarian options. There’s like what… tofu with vinagrette at Moe’s?

So sad to see this place go down. I haven’t been here in over 2 years but decided it would be a good fast casual place to stop by after the movies with my old man. Right off the bat no “welcome to Moe’s” as I remember… okay cool no big deal. Then the young man tells us that there isn’t any guacamole and that the steak will take 10 minutes to make. Bro you’re a burrito chain how do you run out of guacamole lol. Okay so no big deal after that either, then when we sat down we noticed how absolutely dirty the place was. All the tables were filthy! The steak took 25 minutes to make too. As stated, just sad to see a place I once saw booming and thriving go down like this. Will say that I did enjoy my meal though and the portion size was generous! Sweet tea is good too! This place has potential!

Been to other Moe’s, this one was disappointing. Ordered the Moe Meat Moe Cheese and it was soooo underwhelming….SUPER salty and the smothered the little bit of rice with the queso that is also salty. Can add anything cause it is all a preset amount

Disappointing! While traveling I decided to stop in here and order a bowl. It’s embarrassing to see these servers spreading one spoon of rice around a bowl attempting to cover the bottom of bowl! By the time they were done with my complete order- I was ready to walk out in disbelief! Stop ripping people off and provide a decent portion! NEVER AGAIN! I’d give it a zero if I could!

When i ordered my burrito i asked for NO beans and only rice with ground beef. The burrito i got was full of beans, no rice and little to no meat. The receipt was right but the food wasnt. Call the store no answer. Go figure…

Ordered a salad with white meat chicken, beans, peppers, corn salsa, and sour cream with dressing on the side. I received shredded lettuce with white meat chicken saturated in chicken juice, no dressing. I threw away my $13.00 meal because who could eat something that looks like this. Thanks Moe’s again I am throwing away food from your location. NASTY!

Shut this place down lol. Always tried to give this place a chance but it has only been down hill. Store operates smooth with the nice manager I have seen in there a few times but the regular workers don’t care at all. Shocking they continue to hire people who don’t care and progressively build up the trashy reputation this location has become. Grime, sorry attitudes, and poor effort all around. Place needs an inspection.

Last night after deciding on doing a spontaneous Family date night to see Santa and eat at my son’s favorite spot we were more than disappointed. We arrived at 8:30pm as the sign says they close at 10pm. Every table inside was dirty ( there were no guests in the building just two boys “working” ) music loud music with inappropriate language was blasting that we had to remove my 7yr old from the building. They tried to change it but it kept coming back. We had to eat outside because the restaurant was a mess. The salsa station looked like it wasn’t touched since that morning. The worst was the food we spent $35 was COLD, the chips were old and chewy. My homewrecker the meat was so cold, my son had chicken that was like pebbles. I tried to call this morning to speak to someone and the manager on duty just said “oh sorry” …. As I work in the service industry I was appalled, disappointed & honestly disgusted. I can’t believe they allow the business to be tan like that.
