Quality if the employees has jumped exponentially since my last visit. Quick wit, knowledge of the products & computer mixed with friendly & attentive behavior stood out and was a pleasant supportive after the terrible service I got last time. One person prepared all the food for my order & made sure everything was right before moving on to the next item. Both of these really made the experience a great one.

Drive thru service is horrible. Their current special on certain items is buy one get one for a dollar. They tried to charge us full price on one of those items after trying to change us twice the amount. We had to argue with the staff for over five minutes until they got the price correct and refunded the over charged item. The hamburgers were dry and barely warm. I would not recommend the Wendy’s on Lincolnway.

Have had so many issues with missing food , wrong items when ordering on their app – I can understand the occasional mishap but every time??!! Have probably ordered online 6 times in past 18 mos . No issues with the quality typically or the drive through. This shouldn’t be rocket science people, figure it out already!!!!

Too bad I can’t give minus stars. Burger was made wrong, missing part of order(they didn’t forget the charge though), manager got smart mouthed while I was trying to order, server handed out drink and order without eye contact while talking to his buds then got smart with me. When told about the rudeness, the manager denied that “the nicest guy she knew” would ever be rude. The manager then tried to blame us for everything. These people have no idea about customer service or common politeness.

This place has the worst customer service!!!!! They forgot 2 of our 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets after sending my son in and no one helped him or even acknowledging him I had to go in and after I go in 2 different employees walked by me and not even offer to help I finally say I guess we are invisible then let them know we are missing our nuggets and they get them for us while we wait for them a girl working on the buns is just smiling and looking at me I ask her if she has a problem and she says no and then says but you do and I said I do you forgot our nuggets and she says they are just nuggets i and they aren’t just nuggets we paid for them we should get all the food we paid for and she just continue to look and smile mind you there is no manager to be found sorry to say this but this place is horrible and has horrible customer service!!!!! A typical Wendy’s location, but overall quality at all Wendy’s locations has really gone downhill the last several years. More bun than burger…”WHERE’S THE BEEF?” and those buns are dry, airy, tasteless pieces of bread-like something. And those soda fountains that have a million flavors always taste terrible, at every location. They taste like soda water with a hint of whatever soda you choose mixed with an even hintier hint of whatever the last three flavors were dispensed from it. I went for Dr Pepper today but got a large Alka-Sleltzer with a hint of Dr RootCoke. Absolutely horrible and disappointing. The only thing they still have going for them are the frostys. I was going to give 1 or 2 stars but the crew here were all on point, working hard, and super nice, so the workers earned the 3rd star!

Bad service. I went to the Lincolnway location was disappointed with the service ordered at the drive thru and went to the window paid waited a few minutes and was told to move up. Then waited 10 min and 3 other vehicles were served so I went in and ask about my food and was told someone was in the process of making it I ordered 2 sandwiches. 3 customers ago and no one even knew what was going on at all 8 workers and not one was working won’t ever recommend this Wendy’s to anyone ever go to the one on del range…

Evening manager is incompetent, no understanding of customer service. Went thru the drive thru, got half my order right and instead of fixing it they gave us 1 burger and sent us on our way. We would have paid for the full order but was givin a free burger and sent on our way, no fries no drink, but manager says I didn’t pay for the burger what’s the problem? Manager is very disrespectful! I asked what’s the difference between the spicy chicken sandwich and regular sandwich. The lady at the window couldn’t specify so told me they don’t have a regular $2.64 sandwich! The manager at the time got super aggressive over the intercom! I then called and told him who I was then he got super aggressive and threatened to call the cops, I said I will do it myself. The guy doesn’t speak great english(no problem) but kept trying to mention he has done it for 15 years and to be honest I highly doubt that the way he loses his cool that fast! I do not recommend! I ended up with Taco Bell with a lot better service!

Went through the drive through and ordered 4 biggie bags- got home and only had 2 nuggets and 2 fries… asked for ranch, BBQ and sweet and sour and only got one bbq sauce, the girl at the drive thru was rude when I asked for more sauce.
