I am the second person in line who’ve waited literally 12mins before I was able to order. If the barrier wasn’t there or the third car didn’t pull up behind me, I really wanted to leave next door to chick-fil-a where I could have went through there humongous line two time (2x) in 12mins. After ordering here at the BK in south hill next to ross, I waited approximately another 14mins before I was able to pay. My lunch break is ruined thanks to the “not-so-speedy” service of BK of south hill. Fast food has never been so slow in my Life. This place is a joke. Please get these guys some more help or better training to match the speed of a traditional fast food drive through expectations. I typically like BK over other chains. I took my sweet time writing this review within the drive through and I hope somebody that can do something about this has read this review so I can stop complaining on how my lunch break was ruined =)

I’ve been to this location 3 times, all with the same end result. The first time, I was in line for 25 minutes, with only just a few cars in line. When I got to the window, I sat there for over 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. They were very rude. When I got home, they had messed up my order (Texas whopper was made like a basic cheese burger) the second time, which happened 2 days ago, I was given 2 chicken jrs and had ordered a classic chicken meal, which I never received. The 2 chicken jrs were burnt. I called the store and had to call 7 times before anyone picked up. I was polite, as I have worked in the restaurant business before (at another bk location) so understand mistakes happen, but was giving them the benefit of the doubt. The lady took my name and wrote it on the board. She asked if I had a receipt and I said no they didn’t give me one, to which she responded “yeah, they are bad about that.” She said I could come by anytime. We showed up yesterday and I told them what the lady told me, and they were confused and asked what time I called and who spoke to. I told them what the order was supposed to be, and they told me to pull forward. Once getting to the window, nobody said anything again for a few minutes while we sat there, then a guy opened the window and shoved the bag out saying, “here you go.” And slammed the window shut. Upon getting home, the 2 chicken jrs were burnt again and they had stuck a chicken jr on a whopper bun with a piece of lettuce for me. The chicken was also not fresh. I tried calling again, but nobody answered again, but to what point? Don’t go to this location. Everyone is rude, there is no customer service, nobody makes the food correct, and it is extremely slow.

This location can literally only serve ONE car at a time in the drive thru. They will not take a car’s order until the car in front receives their food. This leads to long wait times. It is not unusual to have two or three cars sitting in love for 15-20 minutes. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Wanted to get food but saw the drive through had wet floor cones in it. Ok closed. Parked and went to the doors. Locked. There were cars in the lot and obviously a lot of employees inside. If you’re closed can you please get a closed sign and light it so we don’t have to waste time parking our cars and getting out just to be disappointed? Or at least put up a sign that you’re closed?

Mobile ordered for pick up at this location through the app and find out upon arriving the drive thru is closed along with the lobby but there is clearly cars parked out in front which I believe are the workers and shortly after one of the employee was seen walking out in uniform, so I don’t know what is going on since it says it closes at 10p at this location but my card had already been charged and no way to get my food.

Drove through drive through at 10 pm. There was a male and female there working. No one was answering. Called and they denied me service because they said they were short staffed. It doesnt take more then two people to run orders through the drive through when its not busy. Unacceptable.

The chicken sandwiches were old, cold, odd colored, and had a weird taste to it. I didn’t eat more than two bites because I thought it might make me sick. The fries and chicken fries were cold as well. My boyfriend and I came at 7 pm, so not super late by any means. The inside of the restaurant looks super old and not well-maintained. The vents in the ceiling and numerous ceiling tiles have water damage stains and the vents are covered in black stuff… Possibly mold?! It makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like… Also, the bathroom was super cold like they had air conditioning running in there when it’s 35 degrees outside. Staff was friendly enough. Management should not be serving this to customers and should keep the facility in better condition. They obviously don’t care about their customers. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Floor was extremely sticky. Service was so slow we waited about 20 minutes for our food and then had to get a burger remade, as the ingredients were all wrong. Not the best visit.

One star doesn’t begin to explain the problems we screen over and over again problem one wich was a big one for us today so we sat in line 15 minuets after being asked to Waite only to be told the are shutting down breakfast 35 minuets earl other past past problems can be explained by under staffed and we understand that but consistent shuting down late opening and super long Waite times this business really needs to pull it togeather
