I don’t know who is in charge of this business now, but it definitely looks like it’s another owner, because the quality of service has change remarkably for the worse. I wanted two iced coffees, 4:30 pm, the excuse is that the coffee machine was not working, they offered me to cancel the order and if I wanted something else, or simply cancel the order, just like that… everything was dirty, there were two employees, but apparently there was only one working and taking orders while the other was moving around directing the order taker but really doing nothing. Terrible service inside and at the drive thru, if you don’t care about the clientele, close the business once and for all.

I come here often since it’s close to my home and the line is much shorter than Starbucks, but I have to give up basic service standards by coming here. Today no one responded on the drive thru speaker, no one bothered to open the window after I eventually drove up to the window either. I decided to go inside where an employee immediately told me, “sorry, everything is closed.” It was 4:50 pm on a Saturday. I asked “why,” to which the employee responded, “shift change.” I don’t understand how service is completely halted while they change shifts. It’s pretty ridiculous. Well, I didn’t bother waiting.

On 07/24/2023 my sister and I decided to patronize this Dunkin location. First we attempted to place an order through the drive through in which our volume was adequate enough to do so. No one answered and after 10 seconds or so a young man answered and said with an attitude “Can you speak up?” We decided to park close and proceeded to go inside. Once again the young man had a horrible attitude in which he shouted “you alright?” The rest of the staff inside was unprofessional and unsanitary. When we decided to cancel our order the young lady that was making it stared at me for awhile with disgust . The customer service skills was far from lacking. It was absent. We just left at about 3:50 p.m. and went to Starbucks where our customer experience was amazing. We would NEVER do business with that location ever again or recommend it to anyone.

Ever since new management took over and renovated, the Wait is always at least 20 – 30 min at this store and staff is not up too par. Today I Waited 31 minutes for 2 items to be made and there was only 1 person in front of me. Cheese was not even melted. My egg melts were thrown in a bag where everywhere else I have them in a little paper tray. Not going back, I’m always late when I go there and today was my last time ordering there.

The food quality of this location is very poor, I’ve been to other locations and I’m unsure why theirs is so horrible. The espresso shots have a really horrible after taste, and the food I wouldn’t even feed to my dog. I wrote a review about 4 years ago and haven’t been back and decided to come back and give them another shot… turns out they haven’t changed.

Person taking my order could only say “is that it” instead of listening to my order. Rude young lady at the window. My order was incorrect and she didn’t even offered to fix it. Her excuse was “they must not have read the ticket” ???? She snatched my receipt when I asked for a refund and claimed it can be canceled through the app that I paid from which I’ve never been able to do before. Will not be returning to this location.
