Past few times I’ve been, their coffee always tastes awful. Today my boyfriend and I went. We both ordered mediums and I ordered mine with an extra shot of espresso. They didn’t put the extra shot in mine, instead it was in my boyfriends and his drink wasn’t even filled up all the way. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed by Dunkin, probably will never go back after this. Picture of my boyfriends drink below

We go to Dunkin once a week for doughnuts. For the last month EVERY morning the doughnuts have been hard and stale like they are not fresh. Think we are going to have to get our doughnuts from some places else.

Was very disappointed I will not be back. I got there and there door was locked. Went through the drive through and they refused to do separate tickets. So the let us in. After 2 orders that came to close to 60 dollars. The food was cold several mistakes and rude rude rude people

Are corporate office did a week of treats for our dental practices. I’m not sure if we had Uber eats deliver or who did what. They didn’t even ring the bill didn’t tell us they were there. They just dropped the stuff on the counter. We had just opened at 8:00. None of the containers of flavors for the coffees were even full or had barely anything in them. The spout for the cardboard box was rotted from getting wet. I just feel when you are delivering donuts like that to a professional building. And it’s for a corporate event I think you should have done a little bit better job.

Came here to get two coffees and sandwiches. I ordered one iced mocha latte and a iced pumpkin latte. They were only going to give us one drink and it was a hot mocha latte. I was telling them what drinks we we’re supposed to have they ended up making some kind of iced latte. We ended up just taking that and the hot latte.

Came to purchase a box of Munchkins (donut holes). Selection was limited to chocolate glazed at the time I was there. Manager had some difficulty scanning my QR code, though I thought everyone was trying to be helpful. Finally, access is a bit limited: the only driveway is off 291– no entrance from Hub Drive, as on the map.

I asked for a dozen donuts, which usually means I want to pick 12 different donuts, but she gave me a random box already made up from the back, of ones they picked for me. Then when I went to eat the 1 filled donut in the box, there was less than a teaspoon of filling inside. I saw employees come in from outside with food service gloves on, and holding their cell phone with gloved hands, and they went behind the line without throwing the gloves away. A few weeks ago, my husband went to get 4 dozen glazed donuts for girls at a campout, and he had to wait 40 minutes. We never had a problem before, when I guess there was different people running it. We won’t be back. We will wait for the Dunkin’ that is being built closer to us.
