I did an order for pick up for a salad that lady doing the to go orders didn’t add any greens at all. When I asked to have it remade the young lady kept giving me dirty looks with attitude. Every time I order a to go order every order is always half filled. As someone who loves chipotle I definitely will be going to a different location than this one to get my food. Please do better with your staff.

Got a burrito here for my teenage son. About 25 minutes after he ate it, he started throwing up. Then he told me that both the rice and steak were “crunchy”. Obviously I will never be back.

Based off of this chipotle experience, I had I don’t think I would ever be going back to chipotle. I ordered online for a 720 pick up and they told me to get in line in order myself at 7:45. While I was ordering, there was one rockstar working the bar, and the woman working the cold bar decided to go on break mid order so then I was left there for about five minutes until somebody else decided to come and help me and help the other woman at the bar who is doing everything. Absolutely terrible. needs new management immediately. This chipotle location is an absolute disaster. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

When I arrived my order was partially destroyed but Deadre was kind and fixed the order plus was nice enough to give me a little something extra and I really appreciate that. I walked to this location from a nearby hotel, about a mile away. The app would not process my pick-up order that I tried to place on the way. No problem, right? Just stand in line, maybe a few extra minutes? No. When I get there, the restaurant is filthy, the line is blocked off with chairs—apparently, they’re only processing online orders—none of the employees are up at the front making anything, and six or seven customers are standing around waiting for their carry-out orders. So, after a long day, I had to walk to another restaurant over a mile away to get some dinner. Total fail, and sort of turns me off to ever ordering from a Chipotle again.

This fast food spot has no business calling itself a Chipotle. I’ve never experienced anything like it at Chipotle. Those working behind the counter seemed to be quite bothered that we were there needing to order. Just getting them to stop their conversation so we could be served was a challenge. Communication about what was to go on the salads we wanted was poor. The orders we eventually placed ended up being more of some kind of bowl and not even close to a salad. One of the orders ended up with no salad greens. But the process was so frustrating and we were in such a hurry that we just accepted it so we could move on. Inside the restaurant garbage was overflowing, counters were dirty, and over all it was a mess. The upside is we did get something to eat quickly and we don’t have to go back.

Absolutely terrible location that I have only ever had problems with. Whether it be them not being open because someone didn’t come into work even when their hours say they are open, the employees sticking their hands in the food, or them being extremely rude to you. DO NOT bother coming here. Not to mention that the prices have literally SKYROCKETED and they intentionally shortcut you with food. I had to spend $20 to get a flimsy half filled burrito bowl with literally half a normal size serving of meat that they called a “double portion. It was one small spoonful. It’s crazy because I go here a lot even though I hate it since it’s right near my job and I have short lunch breaks, and you can literally compare pictures of portion sizes from a couple years ago to now and they give you waayyyy less food for double the price. Was still hungry after and had to go eat something else at home. Absolute joke of a restaurant filled with incompetent high school employees and I will never step foot in it again.
