Manager named kiersten got my order wrong today when I came in for my 30 min lunch break, I brought it to an employees attention and she let kierstin know. She had a line of 3 people after me. I stood and waited to let her finish with who she was helping in expectation that she was going to correct my order before continuing with more new customers. However, she started on the next customer, so I said “excuse me, I only have 30 mins on break is there any way that we could fix my order first before you continue”. She instantly got rude and said she is the manger and she will finish the line before she helps me. I just wanted a refund for the fries that I didn’t order that I paid for and I would have been on my way, but she threw out the whole order and made me wait while they made a new one. She did refund my order, mistakes happen, I get it. The way she handled it all together was just very disrespectful and unprofessional. Also took down my name as if she wants to call my job to complain about me?

They took poorly. Had to wait several minutes before ordering. Ordered an iced vanilla coffee, and when I got to window lady said I don’t have any vanilla is mocha ok and I said is Monopoly money ok. I love the impossible whopper. I am fully vegetarian because I am allergic to meat and I can tell that they don’t cross contaminant and I can tell you it tastes like heaven. Also, I am pretty sure they clean off the grill before grilling the impossible whopper, if they didn’t, I could tell because I would be sick. It is so good. We had a wait time, but it was worth it. My boyfriend loves their food. It is one of the few fast food places I can get actual food at with my allergies. I also love their fries. This is the only place I will order French fries from because I know they are fresh and unsalted.

I left my new cell phone in the restaurant. My husband called it and the manager answered and told us it was there. Honest manager! I was so thankful to get it back. There are honest people in this world. Saved me a lot of stress and expense.
