Just ordered here. The woman at the drive-thru window was quite rude, shooing me away from the window several times while I checked my order, which ended up being incorrect. No sauce as requested, no ice in the drink, stale fries, and three of the tiniest and most over-priced chicken tenders I have ever seen. Not worth half of what I was charged.

We have lived here for over four years and only sporadically got a pot pie from them. My husband decided to try the chicken sandwich after watching the commercial. He was looking forward to it and was disappointed to open the wrapper to find a shrunken, hard dry piece of chicken on bread. He couldn’t eat it it was so hard and dry. He went back to the store and the cashier apologized and said they could make a fresh one. He watched as the manager packed one up and he drove home. Unfortunately, when he opened the second sandwich he was disappointed again. While it was larger it was also dry and hard, completely unchewable. It seemed that they had been cooked earlier and left in the warmer to shrivel and die! My husband tried to call and no one answered. He called multiple times and they never answered. We will not be returning and will let everyone know about their terrible food and lacking customer service.

My kfc bowl was great probably the best one I have had in years. Normally the chicken is so hard it nasty and never enough gravy. Thanks for making it the way it should be. Can you please teach the other store how to do it right?

This place is the worst. 30 minutes in Drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. Did not put box in a bag and it leaked on my front seat which is beige in color. After getting home immediately start to clean my seat up and realize it leaked on my shirt pants and shoe. I don’t know how much I lost for my $5.49 Basket. Tried to call and complain to the manager but no one would answer the phone. So if you want to wait 30 minutes in a drive thru to get their grease all over your car and clothes, costing you a loss of $100 or more enjoy yourself.

Missing food, half portions and rude service. Reading the reviews, I see I’m not alone. I will never go to this KFC again. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 or 10 minutes to a different one. This most recent visit I ordered in store because the last several drive thru orders were always missing at least one thing. We were the only ones there both store and drive thru when we arrived and yet they filled 4 drive thru orders while we waited for our order. The lady “manager” with the accent was so awful to the teenage kid she was working with, it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. When we finally got our food and went to leave, we headed for a door and she yelled at us that it was locked. Didn’t tell us….screamed at us. By then there were other people in there and their faces said it all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The person running the drive through is rude, impatient, disrespectful, and downright should be FIRED. She would not allow me to order my food without rushing and also screaming at me to hurry up! I drove out of the drive through and am ordering food from raising canes instead. THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED SHE IS COSTING YOU MONEY AND GOOD CUSTOMERS!

My family went to pick up a 8 piece dinner from the location on Bowles and Kipling. When I placed the order for dinner, the manager, Valentina, noticed that we had a credit voucher from the KFC office on a previously ruined food order at a different location. The general office had given our family, for a unintentional poor food order, a voucher to present to the cashier for the amount of our previous bad dinner as a replacement. The manager Valentina, asked me if I went around cheating these restaurants to acquire free food. We explained to her that the management had presented a voucher to us for the bad meal or food that we were given. She accused me, a 60 year old woman, of cheating at restaurants to get free food instead of finding out what really happened to our family on the original bad order. If sales are down at this location, I can certainly see why. When I was trying to explain my family’s instructions from corporate office, there was another lady that Valentina was screaming at in the drive thru. The manager would not take her gift cards at that location. Valentina, the manager made the customer so frustrated. Valentina said she could not take the drinks back she handed to the customer, but could not give them any more of the order because she would not take the KFC gift card. The customer left frustrated and through the drinks in the trash on the side of the building and left. All while we were watching this manager handling, or not handling business. Why would you keep this very poor customer relations manager to potentially ruin your business in this location? What started this was we payed thirty five dollars for a chicken take out dinner and the chicken was cold and grisly and the coleslaw was sour. We must have just came at the wrong time and ended up with this old food. When we called to get the store when we arrived home they gave us the corporate number and they understood and were kind enough to replace our meals. Nothing more, and this really rude, uninformed and untrained manager, Valentina, is yelling at us for following corporates instructions. What a scene in front of the employee’s she made. I just left immediately. One thing that stood out to us that at 5:30pm dinner hour there was one person in the drive thru and I was the only one in the restaurant at this time. I wonder if she, described as a older woman with a foreign accent, is chasing most of the business off. What has happened to our KFC at Bowles and Kipling. KFC corporate office is aware of this locations issues and suggest calling when a problem arises. I would like to mention that the KFC at 3110 South Sheridan Denver, CO is managed and ran very professionally and offer great service and food. You drive a little farther but you will not regret it.

Old reused food from days before. Will serve customers food that’s been on the ground and left out of temp. It’s going to make someone sick if it hasn’t already. Should call health department. Filthy place and very rude. Manager thinks she does the company a favor for saving and serving old food. 0 stars would be a compliment, and one is far too generous.
