I have used the drive through here several times and the service has been fast and the food good. Their drive up speaker is a little difficult to understand, especially with a lot of traffic noise or wind, but it usually isn’t a problem…until yesterday.

Order two plates of food and on both plates barely got any chow mein plus I ordered sides of sweet fire chicken and it was all burnt and unable to eat. Very disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this location of Panda Express. No one there cares if the orders are correct or complete. The last few times I’ve driven through picking up lunch, I check the entire order to make sure everything I ordered and paid for is in the bag (after a terrible experience a few months ago where they left out an entire meal and refused to refund me for it). Today, I was missing two chicken egg rolls (plural) and used the plural when letting the employee know I was missing something. With an incredibly rude attitude, he asked if I paid for them. I showed him the receipt clearly indicating I ordered and paid for two. He shoved a bag in my face and immediately turned away.

Customer service was very sarcastic the floors in the restaurant were very dirty and it was not busy for them to start cleaning instead of standing there texting on their phone. Kinda disappointed.

Every other Panda Express in the city has their restaurant in order but this one doesn’t seem to get any better. I’ve given them countless second chances but every time I go there’s always a wait for multiple entrees or if the entrees are available their cold and flavorless.
