Prepared to wait in the driveway through. Ordering a Whopper took me over 35 minutes on a Thursday around lunch time. The real kicker was there were only maybe 8 cars in line. If I didn’t work in the area I wouldn’t have bothered. It’s the best place to get food in the area. That’s not much of a highlight but it is one.

This is literally thee WORST Burger King I’ve ever visited. I can’t wait until it’s closed. I was literally the only customer in the drive thru line or in the store.. the person on the speaker rushed us to order, seeming to discourage us from ordering after every item ordered. Then after we ordered and made it to the window, the person didn’t even come to the window to greet us or collect the money for the order. After sitting and waiting for essentially 4:32 (four minutes and thirty-two seconds) we left & went across the street and ate for a cheaper price and waaaaay better service. And the person supposed to be taking my money went outside to smoke immediately after we left. At least I know where to never visit again.

Everything was good except the lady at the drive thru. Kind of cranky shut window b4 we could of a chance to ask for sauce . We all understand some people ard having a bad day or its hot fast food can be overwhelming so as long as my food comes out good and hot. I don’t hold nothing personal against anyone. We all have ate days. The food was good and hot so thank you for giving us yummy food. I will come back again of course.

Terrible service. I bought 3 combos and they left off the fries. I went back to retrieve them and this young girl with dreads says you were complaining about what I wanted on my sandwiches that it was my fault. I thought that when you placed an order your able to select your condiments. Very disrespectful. She was also arguing with a lady customer on drive thru.

FIRST I had a mobil order, no one in drive thru, asked to go inside for my order that’s supposed to come through the drive thru??then SECOND I was the only who got terrible service out of everyone that came in while i was there. people who walked in after me got there food before me. definitely seemed racially motivated. cashier didn’t say a word to me the whole time and just stared at me when he finally had my food ready.

First, you can barely understand the person working the drive-thru. Then, I don’t get a receipt for paying let alone a thank you. Then, I am told to pull forward and wait. After literally 12 minutes the lady walked out with 2 bags hands me a bag and walked away, again no thank you nothing. Once I left I find that not only is this not what I ordered and paid more for but it’s ice cold. How does that happen after waiting for the order to be made fresh???? Disgusting and pathetic. Definitely will never go back. I wish I could give negative stars!!!

Morning staff need to be fired I waited 5 minutes at the speaker. No one came. Then I drove off saw someone walking in there. If you not going to do your job don’t work at a job. Sat at the speaker & they waited on 2 cars before me at the other speaker. When in & asked for a double cheeseburger no cheese. Gave me 2 patties on a bun. No Ketchup, mustard, nothing. Guy walked past me angrily like it was my fault! Drive thru girl ended up making my food FINALLY. By this time my fries were cold. ANNOYING!!!

This place needs to revamp they staff with people willing to work or close down. Whenever you go you have to wait 20 minutes before they can take your order. Especially being the only person in drive thru line. Don’t recommend this location!!!

Went there for dinner and the night manager Marcus took care of my order with absolute amazing service. I know it gets rough in the food service industry but it seems as though he doesn’t get tired and loves his job. Give that man a raise .
