Papa johns on Allen Toussaint Blvd Needs Better Workers How You Have an Attitude when a person walks in the place then make their pizza wrong/half done than charge my credit card twice. They need to shut all these fast food places down YALL going to wine up getting someone sick from a half done pizza if a person tells you well done why make it half done. Poor service!!

If I could give it no stars, I would! Ordered pizza & Buffalo wings. Ended up with food poisoning. I knew it wasn’t the pizza because my partner & I both ate it and he’s perfectly fine. I ate the wings by myself & 12 hours later, I’m still vomiting & dehydrated.

Ordered garlic breadsticks to began with and it wasn’t… I told the guy I ordered garlic breadsticks in garlic and he gave me the garlic dip, then I asked him can he please just toss them in what they normally toss the breadsticks in and he gave me all this extra garlic with unnecessary sauce.

Donald (I think it said his name was) went up and beyond, I would say. He was super fast, and of the upmost polite & positive delivery! Both literally and figuratively. All despite the pouring rain! (& a lower online tip). Now how many people can do that? I know I’m in a bad mood if my hair doesn’t sit right. Lol. Two thumbs up for Donald! (Needless to say I added to the tip in cash). Highly recommend tipping. Always tip your server or delivery guy!

We called at 6 PM this evening to redeem your offer to replace our previous order due to quality issues. After an hour, I called the store to check on the status and the manager stated he wasn’t able to find the new order we placed and that he’d never spoken to us. When I was explaining to him someone at his store was presenting as the store manager, he stated “was I catching an attitude”. He stated that he could put in the order for us, but it would an hour and a half due to delivery time. I understand miscommunication, but the customer service with this call was beyond lacking. I look forward to hearing back from you how this will be handled with the store and specifically the manager that is on staff tonight.

Don’t order from this place. I placed an online order with a coupon for a large 2 topping pizza, 6 wings,6 jalapeno poppers. They sent me a large cheese pizza. They told me that they couldn’t do anything about an online order that didn’t come across correct. They also wanted me to pay half the price for a pepperoni and sausage pizza that I had originally ordered. This place is a rip off and they care nothing about customer satisfaction. I will be contacting the corporate office and the better business Bureau. I wonder how many other customers they rip off like this. During this time with people out of work and an uncertain future with the CORVID 19, who can afford to get a $30 meal that they can’t eat! I would also like to add that the delivery guy lied and stated he had put in gate code and the gate was not working. I told him that I had been looking out my window and watched him pull up and he never got out of his car to attempt to enter gate code, but they always look for a tip.

Before I ordered a pizza last night I read past reviews and was very reluctant to order but did anyway! Upon ordering I felt it was pretty shady that this location tacks on a 3 dollar delivery fee, but maybe that’s away the driver does not get stiffed for a tip! Upon arrival I gave the driver an additional 2 bucks and I stated to her that the two bucks was on top of the delivery fee which her reply was no is not part of her tip! With that response really ticked me off because the delivery person is getting shafted! And low and behold the pizza was delivered over 45 minutes and warm! Now I did order at 5 o’clock and bad weather so they get a pass on that but not on shafting the delivery people! No more papa John’s for me!
