Ordered two sandwich combos to be delivered. 45 minutes later, no sandwiches. Tried to call repeatedly, no one picks up the phone. Have to DRIVE to the store and ask them to cancel the order. They refuse. Because even though their own system shows that they’ve been out for delivery for 49 minutes, they might be delivered eventually. Absolutely nothing they can do, they say, with not so much as an apology. Half an hour later, sandwiches finally show up. Total of an hour and half after ordering. Both sandwiches had Mayo on them, and sat over an hour in a hot car. FYI, Mayo isn’t supposed to sit out for more than two hours at room temp before it becomes unsafe. Definitely too close to the wire for me. So if you have no expectation of a timely delivery or fresh food, and love it when people ignore your phone calls and offer zero customer service, by all means order from here.

Would not recommend manager is a bully when training. The computer was not working and rude. When picking up my order same guy when asking for a bag and napkins that you can see on the other side of the counter never looks up says they are right there. I did not know it is self serve when it’s Togo. The new employee said is it self serve and the manager said yes they all are. I will stick with the one by me rather then go there fire house, O’Charleys in Penn Station are all around there if you’re looking for an alternative

Very disappointed in my last experience ordering online for pickup at the drive-thru. I placed my order and waited 10 minutes before heading to the drive-thru. I sat at the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally get to the window, I’m informed that they were about to call me to tell me they were out of French bread and it would be another hour before they had any. This was around 1:45. They waited over 15 mins since my order was placed and didn’t call! If I knew they didn’t have French bread, I wouldn’t have made the drive there. Since I had to go back to work and still needed something to eat, they told me my only option was wheat bread, which is definitely smaller than the French bread. No offer to discount my meal for my inconvenience. Pic is of the measly replacement they offered. How do you make subs/sandwiches and you run out of bread around lunch time?!?

Went to the store at 7pm doors locked window lights off. Went back after I ran to gas station. Door locked lights off still in window but woman behind counter was food prepping while I knocked on door and window. Did not look up at all. Your hours of operation are until 9pm.

It took 45ish minutes for my order to arrive. I have never had a problem with Jimmy Johns in the past. They have always been “freaky fast”. Well, this location, not so much. When I called to check on my order, I was told that they only had one driver, so I got a sorry nothing I can do about it. Food was fine, but if you need something quick delivered, pick somewhere else.

Horrible experience. Was not greeted when I entered and the gentleman didn’t ask my name for the order and seemed to be irritated that I was even in there and ordering. They just yelled out the #for the sandwiches for people to look up at the menu to see if it was theirs or not. The worst thing that did it for me was the fact that I had purchased 3 sandwiches; My hands were full, I had my keys, my wallet and my 2 toddlers with me. I walk up to the counter to get the sandwiches and I had to ask for a bag. The worker was literally standing right next to the sandwich bags and he managed to point to them and said “bags are right there and so are the napkins”… rather than putting the 3 sandwiches into a bag for me. I will never go back to this horrible location because they are rude, not customer service friendly, and to top it off, the sandwiches were dry, the bread was crunchy on all 3 subs and the experience was just overall horrible. Spare yourself the disappointment.
