This is a brand new location. It is clean and the serive is quick. All of the staff is very friendly as well. I’m glad to have a location so much closer to me now. I’ve been here several times since it has opened and the results are always great!

The food was as good as any other panda express and the drive-thru was quick! But, they were out of chow mein and beef. Apparently their kitchen closes af 8pm so if you go after that time, be prepared for most of the menu to be unavailable…

The most worst panda express I ever had dinner at the staff are mentally challenged and incompetent and as a local resident of Casselberry the whole panda crew needs to be fired and get real employees who respect their customers specially because this panda express just grand opening my food plate you can see a picture this is what I got as a 3 entry bigger plate meal you got to be kidding me lol I will never eat here ever again and I will never recommend Casselberry panda express to anyone I know just look at these pictures

The staff were really great to us. My son has a lot of food allergies and they checked and made sure what he wanted he could have. They also didn’t rush us and generally treated us with kindness and respect. They were busy so you do have to wait but they never rushed.

I’ll be honest, seeing the reviews, I was hesitant to eat here, but I’m glad I did. I ordered enough food to feed about 10 people and they had no problem with it. Cashier was very friendly, and when they made an error on my food, they went above and beyond to fix it. My only complaint is that the service was slower than what I expected, but that is not the fault of the staff, as I could tell they were training someone. Overall, a great experience, don’t let the negative reviews get you guys down, most people who leave reviews only usually do so to complain, not compliment!

This is a newer Panda, so I’d imagine the higher ups are on their butts about portions. I dined here with my mom and we enjoyed our food very much — the teriyaki was especially delicious. The experience was nice too, I like the layout and atmosphere of this Panda.
