Went to this location and usually love panda express. Was using catering for my pharmacy for a doctor visit. Scheduled a week in advance for 1115 pick up. Sat in the restaurant for 40 minutes and did not get out until 12. Lost the clients. Put in a complaint and all they would give me is two plates. I spent over $150 and lost probably 5000+ dollars worth of clientele. Very disappointed.

I stopped into this location because I had to stop at a nearby store and my son received a free meal coupon from his school. First upon arriving and the person behind the corner was really hard to understand. I informed them I want one entree and a side. I also showed them the card to get a free meal. She played a large entree, which I thought was weird for the free entree and added extra meat. I get to the cash register and the cashier informs me that the free meal is for a kids meal. I informed her I told them serving the food and she said the gentleman helping was new ( what about the main woman assisting me?) I could have told them to put the large entree back but I figured what the heck I’ll eat some since I didn’t order anything for myself..So the cashier tried to scan the card but it was not scanning so I assume the person that came over (Asian decent) was the manager. He tried to scan it and then told me I couldn’t use the card cause it said on the bottom of the card to order online or using the Panda Express app. I explained to him no where on the card did it say “Only use online or on the app”. Actually in the fine print, it says “Valid only at participating locations in-store and via Panda Express website and app”. We went back and forth about this, like he can not comprehend. Until I decided to not get the kid entree. However I got the rest of the food and realize they charged me for extra meat I didn’t request. I have never experienced such a thing in all my times of going to fast food restaurants. Oh and offered to give me the drink, which I found that to be funny. I will never visit this location again!!!!!

I ordered the Black Pepper Chicken bowl with veggies as my side… I absolutely got more black pepper than chicken. There was hardly ANY protein in my bowl. If I wanted a veggie bowl, I would have ordered a veggie bowl. Same thing with the Bejing beef I ordered for my cousin. More sauce than beef.

Decent enough location, but maybe needs better staff. I was picking up food for myself and my girlfriend, who had sent me a screenshot with a confirmation number for our order. After a few minutes, Justin, who neglected to even acknowledge me at the online pickup window, finally decided to stop ignoring me and ask for a name for the order. I have him the name and showed him the confirmation number, but he told me I’d need something that included the name I’d just told him. He promptly went back to ignoring me while I repeatedly called and texted my girlfriend for another, proper screenshot. After a few minutes of frantically trying to provide MORE proof that I’d ordered food there, I finally approached Kyeo with my confirmation number. Within seconds, she had my food in my hand, and me out the door. While I understand words might be easier to read than letters, I only wish Justin would have taken the couple extra seconds out of his day to read my confirmation number. After all, what’s even the point in a confirmation number if not to confirm one’s order with the number? As I said, decent enough location but I just wish Justin was a little more friendly and helpful to people picking up online orders. I’m not sure how big of a problem Panda Express has with people picking up orders under the right name with a fake confirmation, but It felt like he didn’t believe i had an order there, and even if I did, he couldn’t have cared less about it. Kyeo on the other hand was quick and helpful. Definitely hope to see her rise up in that restaurant!
