Ordered only 2 burgers, nothing else. One of the burgers I requested no mustard. It took 47 minutes to get them. They messed up and mustard was on both burgers. Only 2 people working and one was new. I felt sorry for him, he was totally over his head. The lady in charge thought it was more important to talk with a friend in the lobby rather than helping the kid out.

I was ready to get really upset when i found a hair in my food, but the management dealt with the issue with the utmost respect. It happens sometimes, hair in the food, as unpleasant as it is, it happens. We are all human. But the reason so many people fail is because they don’t deal with customers the correct way. The manager not only gave me my money back, but re made my order with out having a bad attitude or anything. Usually is stay away after finding a hair, but because they addressed the situation so professionally and respectfully i will decide come back. Good job management

The breakfast burritos are made to order. Really fresh, great food. I have never eaten here before and was blown away with how good the food is! The interior of the restaurant was clean but really plain. Apparently, that outside appearance is why I have never eaten there. I stopped there by a strong recommendation from a friend.

This Blake’s is a solid location. The décor is a bit dated to say the least- so that was a bit of a shock. The service was solid. The food was on par with the rest of the franchises. The bathrooms definitely could use an update. There was no changing table in either. It was pretty slow when we were there so there was not much going on. The shake machine was also not functional at the time we went- so that was a bummer for my son. Initially they made my order incorrectly, but quickly corrected it without issue. However, they did go beyond to make my wife a grilled green chile cheese. The drink selection was a bit low- I had the ice tea which disappeared prior to me leaving- it was however close to closing. Overall, I will be back- I would just recommend them giving the facility an update/remodel if they have the capability.

This was my favorite location. I have been coming here for years. Customer service and quality had always been great. Until recently. The past few times the doors remained locked well past 6:30 am when it is clearly listed and always had been open by 6am. There has been the same girl clearly inside and will promptly walk away and hide as soon as you walk up. Tried calling. She said her name was Savanna. Will not be going back for breakfast since the “new ” hours don’t work for me.

Absolute mess. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 burritos. There were 16 people hovering around the counter with their receipts in hand complaining about their orders. They were either wrong, given to call ins and lost, or just not being made. I watched two different customers bring orders back into the store as they were wrong. Those orders were thrown in the trash and remade prior to the customers waiting over an hour in the restaurant. They didn’t look up the wrong order thrown away (common sense) to know “that” person isnt going to get their order either. The only way orders were obtained by customers was to go up and complain as to where your order was. Then watch the mad scramble. Watching this was extremely difficult. The crew threw away more food than they sold while I was there, and refunded many orders including mine as well. Not one staff member knew what they were doing as it was very easy to see. As I processed my refund after an hour and fifteen minutes, I hear the manager make a comment such as “we can only make orders so fast, bunch of cry babies.” This was the icing on the cake for many that heard it and three people walked up to then get refunded as well. This person who said this was a heavy set girl who was cooking with very short boycut hair and a neck tattoo. Instead of being apologetic this was the path she choose. I personally run a multi million dollar business and I would NEVER have someone capable of representing my business that way employed. I do not have an order number as I returned my receipt for a refund. By the way, I drove to another Blake’s and received my order in less than 5 minutes. I would love to speak with the owner of this store as I frequent this store often. I have lived across the street for 12 years and can definitely offer some valuable information of this stores performance over the years. I only call in and pick up now as the service is so slow anymore. Busy or not. I hope this message gets to the appropriate personal/owner. I can assure you that not only I, but many others will not continue doing business at this location after today’s lack of service and comments. I invite anyone to please call me to discuss this very important issue. As an owner, it would be imperative information to obtain.

Well my experience my differ from yours and maybe I have a soft spot in my heart for this Lotaburger but it’s amazing. Every time I’m in New Mexico I will stop here to get my fix. My suggestion is call your order in before heading in. They make everything from scratch and depending on how busy it is you may have to wait 15-20 minutes. Totally worth it in my opinion but hey I don’t mind waiting for good food.

Came in place was dead. No customers. Ordered a bacon burrito with EXTRA bacon also crispy easy egg with red. Burrito hardly had any red Chile and when I asked for extra it was cold. ☹️ Very sad to say the least. And when asked about heating up the Chile was told that it would be 5 minutes to make it hot. Not sure how the Chile in my burrito was hot unless the temperature of my burrito made it that way but very confused about that. Disappointed and will not come back to this particular spot as other locations have done better. Nice try Blake’s. This location is a fail in my eyes.
