We ordered a bunch of items for drive through, they left it out in the rainy weather, the bag was wet, everything was squished into one single bag, and they barely filled the fries. Lady outside was also rude and gave me the nastiest side eye lol. Also didn’t give us half of the sauces we ordered and didn’t mention anything of it to us because we would have ordered different ones…

I love curbside pickup but please double check and triple the order before bringing it to the customer. I was missing an item on my order and notified the server and showed him my receipt for the order. But he didn’t understand me and didn’t speak English well. The restaurant was super busy inside and drive-thru so I decided to leave and filed a complaint online regarding my order. I understand it’s Friday and super busy, mistakes happen and were human.

I wouldn’t recommend I was offended by an employee who I guess thought he was being funny. After her said hello to the others who were his skin color. He proceeded to walk over to my table and say are u planning on staying all night. My friends and I look at him and went back to our conversation. Very poor taste in my opinion.

Diana helped me with catering for two small meetings at work this week! Superior service and super prompt! Thank you Diana for all your hard work. Chick-fil-A is the only fast food that is consistently yummy, and despite how crazy busy this location is, I’ve never had a bad experience, I’m always in and quickly out. LOVE IT!

Get the grilled chicken if you don’t want heartburn. The waffle fries are okay. After eating there we all said let’s return but not for a very long time. They did manage to get our order wrong. But eventually they managed to correct the error

The bread on my burger disintegrated while I was trying to eat it. Service was pleasant. “Buns not fresh” As my first time trough the drive tru. The young man was trying to take my order but there where no menu es on the wall. I know you do this to speed up the process, Hard to order without knowing what you sell.

I ordered breakfast on July 20 2023, spicy chicken muffin for my husband, when he was almost finished eating his sandwich, he noticed the bottom of the muffin had mold(yes mold). I called the store about 20 times in the space of 2 days no one picked up. I called the cooperate office and filed a complaint. On day 3 the store manager reached out to me and offered free breakfast sandwich(not satisfied with the offer because my husband and I are terrified). I let the manager know that’s not enough and I want my money back and I was told they do not refund money, they only offer free food. I then said will I would have to talk to your boss(Coperate) that’s when she told me she will refund my money. Make sure you check your food because obviously the manager of the store is not checking expiration dates and serving people old food.

This Chick-fil-A is awful. 100% of the time my drive-thru order is incorrect (missing items). Delivery is even worse because you cannot get ahold of anyone to correct the issue. I just ordered delivery again for the first time in 4 months (because I swore them off) and this is what my Chick-fil-A Mini Scramble bowl looks like. Just eggs and hash browns! No chicken, no cheese. Awful! When you call the restaurant, you leave a message for a manager that never calls back. I’ve even driven to the restaurant to speak with a manager in person and they have taken my info to “call me at a later time to correct the problem” and they never do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHICK-FIL-A. I swear them off and then after months I hope that things will get better but unfortunately they never do. I cannot be the only one this stuff happens to.

It was pouring raining I was being very considerate by going through the drive thru for my curbside order. I waited 10 MINUTES in line for the RUDE staff not to give me my order. When your staff came out with my order after the asked me to park, he couldn’t bring it to me because of the rain. I had to get out of my vehicle to get my food from him. Very disappointing!!! 6/72023 Manager also had an nasty attitude.
