This place is really the worst & gives more disappointment than anywhere else that I’ve come across. I don’t expect them to be perfect because we all make mistakes sometimes.. but a customer shouldn’t CONTINUOUSLY be disappointed time & time again. 9 times out of 10 when I spend my money here, it’s money wasted. On 5/3 I ordered the new Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia & it was surprisingly satisfying. It wasn’t made exactly as I ordered it. I chose the option to build my own & chose Philly steak instead of chicken & when it came it had both chicken and steak which wasn’t that big of a deal for me because as I said, we’re all entitled to make a mistake. It was still good & I was happy with it. Here we are 4 days later 5/7 & I ordered another one. This one barely had any of the sauce inside & didn’t have a dipping cup of the sauce like it was supposed to. This one also didn’t have the seasoning on the outside like it’s supposed to so needless to say it was pretty dry & tasteless. I chose to try this mainly because when I order a pizza with light sauce, it shows up & looks like heavy sauce which I cannot eat & my toddler will not eat.. No matter what I order from here, the only thing I know I can count on is being disappointed. Little Ceasars is in the next plaza. They rarely disappoint & way cheaper.

When someone orders gluten free, there’s usually a reason. This store sent a small regular pizza out to me because they ran out of gluten free. My husband returned it and the people at the store said their policy is to send a regular pizza if they run out, no call to ask if I want something else or if I want to cancel it, just sent me a regular pizza that could have made me VERY SICK! The box it was sent in…..still said “Gluten FREE”! Shame on Papa John’s for allowing that to happen!

Seriously…. The crust isn’t even connecting to the pizza… I mean how hard is it to get a pizza correct? Very upsetting.Will not be coming back to this store ever again. So many bad reviews. They need new management and a whole new team and places like this wonder why they are losing business. You really think you will keep customers with horrible management and food that’s cold and not correct. Plus pricing is the same as what you would get at a mom and pop shop and atleast they take pride in their pizza and food!

Extremely slow service on 11/30. When called store about a promo code that I was given (due to slow service) because it was invalid and showing expired online even though card showed valid dates as 12/9/22-1/4/23 the manager refused to speak w me and I was told to call corporate by the team member that answered the phone. Not only is your pizza stupid expensive for the quality but the service received now on multiple occasions has been extremely frustrating. So now I wait on corporate to call me about the invalid code and expiration dates. You might want to think twice before ordering from this store.

Update: Changed my review to 1 star on the following basis; by rectifying themselves last time, the order was 2 hours late this time. After calling (because obviously the time showing online was inaccurate) the first associate was rude and said they were busy as a response. After speaking to a manager, they were unsympathetic and didn’t have much to say. A sorry would have sufficed maybe? To keep it short, this has been one of the worst experiences ever for a food establishment. I didn’t think ordering a pizza would have been so difficult. They definitely lost mine and a few of my friends business. (the delivery driver was kind at least).

Horrible experience. I always order from this location and never had a problem. Today, I did not receive my order, I called and the manager was very rude and even suggested we were lying. When I asked what car was on the drive way, they stayed mute and told us they would not go back because the neighborhood was “dangerous” For the driver. I live in a private condominium which happens to be in one of the best areas of the city. I tipped the driver in advance and they kept both the money for the order and tip. Sad to see so much dishonesty around.

Nielsen was amazing! I called at midnight after a long day of cleaning an old apartment and moving into my first home that I had ever purchased on my own without a spouse after a horrible divorce. He listen to my story and stayed open 10 minutes later so I could pick up a pizza which I was using to celebrate with me and my cat in my new first townhome all by myself . Thank u Nielsen and Papa John’s is lucky to have you!
