I ordered the quinoa and kale burrito because it said “kale, quinoa, beans, guacamole, salsa, and fajita veggies” but when I bit into it it was REFRIED BEANS not just beans and most REFRIED beans contain lard (animal fat) I am vegan so I have been calling to ask if the beans are vegan and Noone will answer the phone!!! I just payed like $9 for a burrito I am throwing in the trash. Very dissatisfied

Ordered the Regular Bowl Fast & Furious on Door Dash and specifically asked for No red peppers there was red peppers in my order, for the add ons I had cilantro and a side of pico de gallo neither was present. The bowl said it came with cucumbers there wasn’t a single cucumber in the bowl. I tried calling the store no one picked up and Door dash only refunded me $5 for a $14 meal. Unacceptable

I ordered a Harvest Veggie Salad, and had it delivered to my work. The salad tasted salty, and a couple of the crushed, blue tortilla chips were stale. Not sure if I will be getting food from here again, let alone ordering it for a work lunch.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Animo Juice (and everyone I know loved them too), frequently ordering food here and one of the things I really love from them is their soup. So I emailed them to ask when they were getting soup and I was told they were going to try again on Monday. Which I was excited about and come Monday, I went to place an order for soup through Grubhub. It gave me an error message and said that This restaurant can’t complete orders right now. Please try again later or choose another restaurant. so I thought I’d call Animo and let them know something was wrong with their ordering system through Grubhub. The person who answered said that it was probably something I was ordering was out of stock (it was not because I tested it after the phone call and added a salad and it still gave me that error) and when I told her it was soup, she said that in order to fix it they would have to call Grubhub and that would be too much of a hassle. I then asked if I could add something else of equal value and say I wanted soup instead, and they said no.

I used to go to Animo at least 3-4x per week, every week. Unfortunately, the customer service has seriously declined over the last 6 months and so has the food preparation. They allow you to order online ahead, however, when you do so they make your order whenever it’s convenient for them, not when you request it be ready for pick up—this means your drink sits there to get warm. They also failed to make the correct $8 drink several times for me and when I returned to get the drink that I ordered there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience that it caused me or the error on their part. I’ve witnessed several people returning to the restaurant w similar issues. They clearly have no interest in acknowledging or addressing these issues. I’ll head to GoodBeet!
