Stopped by for a quick bite on a busy day. They were out of tomatoes & lettuce. Okay we could live with that, but it begs the questions: how does that even happen at a place where ‘taco’ is their first name? And: don’t they have a local grocery store? We ordered Taco Supremes. See photos. If this was the “supreme” I fear what the regular tacos consisted of.

Bean and cheese burrito doesn’t have lettuce and sour cream. I took a bite cause I have an open mind. It was horrible. And the cheese is suppose to go inside the soft taco. Have some pride in your work people. Also try smiling every now and then. You’d be amazed at what that can do for your customer service. Which is terrible. I’ve worked fast food before, do better.

Every time we come here(which isn’t often at all), there’s at least one item missing. (I know. My fault for not checking prior to coming home. I’m just hungry!) The nacho fries we had received had clearly sat out for a while. Both of our drinks were bad like something was wrong with the carbonation. I tried calling 3x to talk to a manager about my missing taco but unfortunately nobody will answer the phone. I don’t think I’ll be back. Food is too expensive to not receive what I paid for. ♀️

The inside part is never really busy, mostly drive thru, so it’s always very quiet and hardly ever messy. The girls and dude working we’re very chill and even substituted it’s for me at the last second with no issue. I was sure it would be an upcharge or not an option. They were sweet and just switched it out. Food was good and service was fast and very nice. Great job guy and girls.

Went in today, Sunday the 12. Dining room was empty,yet they closed the lobby because they can’t figure out how to sweep and mop around a dead dining room, and at dinner time! This is the worst Taco bell. That’s what you get when you hire a bunch of lazy kids! I wouldn’t ever eat there again!
