This review is more meant to be a knock on all subways and the new systems they have put in place with their “subway series.” This specific subway, however, set me off because their toaster was out of commission and because of it being part of a travel center, I could not even use my rewards points. Of course, they still charged me full price. The staff was very friendly at least and the subs were still made satisfactory, if not better than average. Anyway, it used to be you could go into a subway, order the sub of the day, get a chip and drink, and you would only pay $6. Now, they have stripped all of that and their menu is way more expensive while the food service remains the same. My same order now will be nearly double what it used to be. The new subway series menu is not something they should be advertising, but instead something they should relegate. Subway is now a business that is out of my price range.

Our Subway service was the best we have ever had. We were there Tuesday night. She went above and beyond for every customer that came in. All the ingredients were fresh, all the sauce was applied in perfect options. The toasted sub was toasted evenly and the wrap never fell apart. I would go out of my way to go to this location just to have this woman make all my sandwiches.

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had, I used to work at Subway and know how things work. My sister and I went in for a quick bite before returning to our road trip, my sister got a 6in spicy Italian and the lady was talking to her co-worker and telling her that she gave her the smaller half of the sub on purpose, meanwhile making a steak and spinach salad with smaller portions on the steak and spinach only half of a handful of spinach was given after getting our food. The cashier looks at us and rudely asks if we are paying for it together and then while trying to give her my card she stares at me very rudely and waits a while until getting it from me, without saying anyting. It was very clear how we were getting treated compared to the white customers inside. I wish I could give 0 stars, 10/10 would not recommend!!

Love the turkey and ham on sunflower crunch bread. This bread is awesome I hope they keep it on their regular menu. On the other hand there was only 1 person working and was very busy to be doing it all herself. She did a good job as best she could but a little help would have been great. The music playing was a little loud that she had to keep repeating or understanding what you said. Definately room for improvement.

Overall clean establishment. Running low/out of a few items. Employees were decent. No one was wearing hairnets/hats or aprons/uniform of any sort which was a little concerning. The young lady who made our sandwiches did put gloves on at least.

Just purchased a wrap for lunch on my way home from work since I’m sick with heat exhaustion. I walked in and was not greeted. They did not ask if I wanted my wrap toasted, and put on little to no guacamole. The workers seemed so put out to serve me. I don’t expect excellent customer service, especially at an establishment that pays super poorly (I’ve worked food service all through high school and college and feel the employee’s pain). However, they need to step it up. Will not be returning.

What can I say…Yummy! They make my family’s subs exactly the way we order and they are friendly(no matter what)and quick. Mine is really different considering since I can’t have raw vegetables,my sub has to be toasted after the veggies are added because of my allergies(hoping). That is really made to order! They are great! Great place for a easy pleasing meal and time for the family or to celebrate when the kids go back to school along with a movie. 🙂

Foods always fresh. Workers are a bit off task and don’t know what they are doing. They hollered and asked what I wanted then got annoyed I couldn’t hear her but I was number 6th in line. Seems they would finish up faster if things were finished as they are made and not have 6 subs waiting to be packaged.

Updating my previous review. The manager Kelly is awful. She treats customers horrendously and the employees even worse. She has berated employees in front of customers and flat out swore at customers while doing nothing other than placing their order. I know for a fact that multiple complaints have been filed against her by customers because of the way they have been treated but she is still, in fact, working there. Upper management clearly doesn’t care about the customers, their experience at the store, or their employees.
