I came here on a busy Saturday night. The lady with the pretty braids showed excellent customer service. Even though she was busy with multiple orders, she still greeted the customers who walked in and kept us updated on our order status. She also apologized for the wait. I think she worked awesome during the rush!

Ordered on the app and picked it up. Went with the steak with Aioli sauce. One and one as a meal. It was a disaster. The steak was chewy and guess that was a good thing since their was hardly any on the sandwich. Took one bite and all the steak came with it. It was that bad. So needless to say it was a terrible experience all the way around. Will NOT be returning.

My partner ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich around 6pm today (Sunday) and I got fish nuggets. We shared mozzarella sticks and curly fries. Within an hour, she had serious stomach pains and chills. Within two hours she had full-blown food poisoning. The only thing different in our diet the entire weekend was that Chicken Sandwich. It’s hard to prove good poisoning, but this directly correlates . Avoid this restaurant until they clean up.

I usually get the same items all the time. Not sure about the other items. Food is ok, service is ok. I’ll eat there when in the area. Can get expensive. Thanks to inflation!

It’s funny, people harped about $15/ hour forever. Now that most of these fast food places pay that amount for workers, the quality and service has plummeted. I went through the drive thru today and ordered the 2 for $7 spicy roast beef. I was greeted by a nice employee at the window and finished my transaction. I open my bag to feel around and grab a sandwich. I felt something hard and pulled the wrapped item out and unwrapped it. The bun was VERY hard and crunched when I bit into it. I was already far enough away that I wasn’t going to turn around, so I finished it. The 2nd sandwich was even worse! How could you not have noticed that the bun was hard and stale when preparing the item? It’s too bad, Arby’s is not alone when it comes to a huge decline in quality and service. You would think that if you make $15 an hour, you would have some kind of work ethic. In today’s society, that just doesn’t exist for the most part.

Drive thru took so long people were leaving. 2 meals were just under 30.00 and it was a waste. Brisket sandwich was a mess.

We are driving a big truck that can’t go in fast food pick up windows so when we are traveling we look up restaurants that have a parking lot to accommodate a big truck. We found this one. It seemed good online. We park and walk up to the front door only to find out that the inside dining room is closed due to not enough employees and to only use the drive through. We can’t due to the size of our truck so we walk up to the menu and they refused to take our order because we weren’t in a vehicle. We won’t be returning to this location.
