This franchise location will suffer a death by a thousands cuts. I frequent the store at least once or twice a week, or at least have for the last several months. The customer service is 50/50 atrocious/good, the food is borderline inedible, the store itself is filthy 90% of the time, and the staff could not care less…depending on who is in charge on a given day.

I’ve hesitated posting negative reviews but after repeatedly giving this location chance after chance to improve it’s evident that they don’t care. We place mobile orders all the time . Consistently they get the order wrong. You walk in and there are a bunch of kids standing around talking and laughing and takes a few minutes for them to even acknowledge that you are standing there waiting. It never fails! Today I went into their location and ordered an avocado toast. Anyone that orders this knows that their toasts are usually larger in size. What I got was laughable. Photo attached. Dunkin’ Donuts needs to do better if they want to stay in business. They would have done better placing a Starbucks in that location and staff it with retirees who just want to work to keep busy. Youth has been wasted on our young. Unreliable and unaccountable.

Purchased an iced coffee The cup was completely filled up with ice will beyond the signature ice markings on the cup representative said this is the new. This is not the norm I always back coffee from dunkin’ donuts but I will never buy another cup of coffee from this place again this don’t make no sense, terrible

This place is the absolute worst. Awning has been sitting on the ground in the back by the drive thru line for months. Menu sign is falling apart and being held together with tape. Let’s not even go on to how long it takes to actually through the line… literally if you don’t have 30-45 minutes to wait for a coffee dont bother.

Absolutely the worst experience EVER!!!! The person working the speaker and window were sooooo rude. When I got to the speaker to give my order she simply said “yeah” like how disrespectful is that. Upon FINALLY getting to the window I pulled up, she gave me my drink with half the stuff missing from the top of it. And rudely said “what else are you waiting on”. My croissant came out burnt. I never write a review but the consistency of wrong drink orders and rude staff has led me to this. My daughter just came home with a cold brew for me. I took my long awaited sip of my much anticipated coffee and it tastes like bath water with a hint of tea. What the heck!! No coffee taste whatsoever. When they first opened they were great but have turned into a wrong order, rude employees, long wait times, kind of place. My husband won’t even go back there. Come on people!! Who manages this place? Don’t they see all these complaints? Please bring back good service and good coffee. I’m begging!!!
